    Cancelled Duct Cleaning Quickly Resolved

    I had booked a Duct Cleaning with Limcan about three weeks ago as they had sent me a text offering a special deal. Unfortunately Limcan contacted me this AM to inform me they had to reschedule my Duct Cleaning due to the fact their Truck Broke Down. I must admit I was miffed as I took a day off work without pay so I could be here. Much to Limcan's credit, they went above and beyond and was able to come up with a solution that worked for me. I got a phone call within 45 mins and I got my Ducts cleaned as originally scheduled. Thank You for the extra effort.

    Heat Pump installation

    We just had our heat pump installed and we are very happy. Both Michael and Robert were friendly , courteous and efficient. They took the time to explain what they did, how they did it and gave us a complete explanation of how our new thermostat functions. We are repeat customers of Limcan Certified and we would highly recommend this company for any heating/cooling neds. Thanks for sending us 2 terrific workers. Wayne and Kathi

    Tankless water heater

    Extreamly happy with limcan. Was referred by a family friend. From start to finish excellent service. Paul who came out for the initial quote was friendly and knowledgeable. And the install team who's names I forget but potentially one was Ryan? All friendly and did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves after. Over all very happy with the services provided. Will not hesitate to use them for other projects.

    Absolutely do not use limcan

    Disappointed doesnt even begin to describe how I feel about them. We have used limcan for the past few years and have been pretty happy with them however the most recent experience was nothing short of appalling. We contacted them in October to inquire about having some gas line replaced for our new propane tanks. I asked how much the fee would be to have them come out and they gave me a quote but said that it would be applied to the work once it was done. This was fine with me. At no point did they say that this work was something they couldnt do. The guy came out on a Wednesday did the assessment and measurement and said someone would follow up in a couple days. I waited and waited and heard nothing. So I called back and they said that actually they were so busy that they werent even going to give me a quote. Mind you I am 9 months pregnant and trying to get this work done before the cold weather rolls in. I asked about the money I had paid and they said they would refund it but it would take a few weeks. So I waited and waited till now when iv called to follow up after no refund was given just to be told that theres no record of a refund going to be issued! Im a week away from giving birth just to be following up and waiting again for another phone call to see whats going to happen now.

    Furnace repair & Quote for new furnace and heat pump

    Originally gave a good review when first technician came over and got the furnace running.. Quit again after 1/2 hour. He suggested replacing high limit switch (a $20 part) for $356. First service tech had "Service advisor" over the same evening. He gave me a quote of $8400 for replacement. Got a second and third quote for the same furnace and they came in at $5200-$5500 After furnace quit again a 2nd tech came over and got it running and recommended another $1038.00 in repairs. Furnace quit again after he left. Tech came back a 3rd time and said my blower was shot and replacing it was going to cost $3500. I was out of heat for 2 1/2 days. When the local HVAC company came to give me a 3rd quote he had my furnace running in 5 minutes with a Philips screw driver. All he did was reconnect the blower that the 2nd tech had left disconnected. (the blower does not need replacing). To be fair, the furnace was only limping along and was still not running properly. Also asked for a quote in a heat pump. The difference between Limcan in out of pocket costs after rebate was about $2500. Total difference in price for a new furnace and heat pump would have been over $5000. I only paid for the original service call. I would suggest that before anyone sign a contract with these guys they get a second quote, it could save you thousands of $$. Also cannot recommend calling them for service. It seems that every service call is looked on as an opportunity to sell you expensive repairs and/or a new furnace.. I was finally able to trace the problem by myself to a faulty thermostat. Replaced it with an old one I had in the garage and furnace is operating as it should. None of the repairs recommended would have solved the problem.

    Great service! Happy with my new Heatpump/AC

    Very happy with the service from Limcan - Prab and Harmon did a fantastic job installing a new heat pump for me. They were kind and professional. Would recommend these guys for sure.

    Air Conditioner maintenance

    The service technician was prompt, friendly, and informative. Im confident that my AC is clean and ready to go when needed this Spring/Summer. (Cost was an estimate since I have an annual plan that covers AC and furnace maintenance)

    AC Tune up

    Miguel, the HVAC technician was very friendly and efficient. He arrived when he said he would and got to work right away. We are very satisfied with the service he provided and would definitely recommend him and the company to friends.

    Furnace installation

    This is the second furnace purchase and installation we have had from Limcan. Our furnace was diagnosed by Daniel and Chris as having a serious crack. They immediately contacted Limcan and within an hour Paul came and arranged for a new furnace install the same day. The installers, Mitchell, Aldo and Gary worked quickly and efficiently completing the job. They were very polite and respectful of our home. We appreciated their professionalism and ability to complete the job the same day. Our house didnt even have time to get cold!

    New Furnace

    Owen, Gino, Neil and Jaimieson installed a new furnace for me. They checked with me before making changes that could cause concerns, made sure I was happy with the placement of the air conditioner, and ensured that I was comfortable with how the unit ran. They were polite, kind and cheerful. I could not have asked for a better team!
