    Great Pool Service

    Tommy and his team at Olypmic Pool Services have been great to work with. As first time pool owners, we were competely in the dark with what needed to be done to keep a pool operational. Tommy and Nick have been informative and helpful during the pool opening and every biweekly maintenance check. Their willingness to help us learn, show us the ropes and consistant open communication make them a very trust-worthy. Tamiko's communication from the back office is always very pleasant and friendly. You can tell this team takes pride in their work and we are thankful we hired them for our pool needs!

    Weekly maintenance, opening, closing, troubleshooting

    These people are amazing! So happy that this company provides stress free service for our pool for the last 4 years! We can always count on Olympic Pools and their competent team. Tamiko is always ready to review our requests/concerns with a cheerful and prompt response. Tommy and his staff are reliable and capable and always understand what needs to be done, -or not done. They have repaired my heater and advised me not to purchase a new one. They even remind us to fill our pool when the level is too low and came by in a timely manner when our pool level was too high and required draining! They know their stuff!

    Extremely disappointed with my pool liner

    Really disappointed with the customer service received and final product. This is the liner around our stairs with an obvious gap exposing two large holes between the liner and concrete wall. I found Tommy lacked customer service and was quite unpleasant to deal with.

    Firstly, thank you for paying the invoice in full and on time. I’m grateful for that. So your review comes to us as a surprise. I will try to explain best I can from the photos you provided and the photos I've posted in our gallery. I realize you inherited the pool. That being said, your step was installed incorrectly when pool was originally built. The step that is there now is not designed to have a cantilever coping stone or concrete edge over it. Do they make steps to get that finish look? Yes. Your step unfortunately isn’t that step. The excess liner material if altered or modified in any way would void your warranty and possibly rip the liner. A perfect example of that is the original liner was installed with tech-screws and not stainless steel screws which we had to correct before installing your liner. Before and after pictures are in our gallery under liners. The actual pool step should have been installed so the top of the stair gasket lines up with the top of wall and coping to avoid any cap.(Example in gallery) Which leaves a white boarder around the deck and the concrete comes flush to it. There is evidence the original liner was installed the same way and the previous guys used silicone around the top to fill in the cap. (Examples in gallery).

    Pool ladder installation

    Tommy did a great job installing new anchors for our pool ladders, everything turned out really well. Very reliable, professional and courteous, definitely call Olympic for your pool service and repair.

    Pool opening, new pump, heater and hard cover

    If I could give this company a 20 out of 10 I would! I recently lost my husband and I was new to the whole pool opening process. The company we used for years bailed on me and was truly a blessing in disguise. Tommy, called me within 12 hours of my online request and we booked an appointment within a few days. Sadly, there were several issues with the pool. Tommy was very honest and transparent as to what needed to be done including estimates and timeframe. Every commitment as to timing and cost were spot on and there were no unexpected surprises. Would highly recommend to all friends, family or anyone who requires any type of pool service.     Pool Floor Drain Broke

    Big thanks go to Tommy (owner of Olympic Pools) for his help. He went above and beyond in helping me to deal with my floor drain break. These are tough times for us all and finding out that my pool might incur me costs which I don't have the funds for, was incredibly stressful. I phoned Olympic pools to find out if they give free estimates as my pool floor drain pipe was clearly leaking. Tommy was clear and concise as he explained that I could block off the unneeded pipe very easily and continue to enjoy my pool. The alternative being digging up the pool floor. These days unfortunately too much is focused on all the bad when there is a lot of good happening. Tommy being part of the good. Thanks again Tommy.

    Pool service and maintenance

    Tommy and his team have been a pleasure to work with. We moved into a new home last summer and the previous owner used Olympic to open the pool. We continued with the service and have only positive things to say. Tommy and his team are reliable and responsive to all our needs. The office manager replies to all emails/inquiries promptly. We could not imagine working with another company.

    Swimming Pool, Outdoor Gas fireplace

    We hired this company and it was the best decision we made. They're work and craft is meticulous and our pool came out amazing. Tommy and his staff are very kind, trustworthy and knowledgeable and I highly recommend this company and it's team!! Great guys to work with and always available to answer any questions or concerns I had with the whole process.

    Pool Services

    I have been using Olympic Pool Services for many years. Last year Olympic Pool Services replaced my pool liner. Work was done very efficient, as quoted and on time. Great job and great attention to every detail from start to finish.

    spa repair and seasonal closing

    Tommy was reliable, professional, on time and did the job he undertook to do. The spa is safe for the winter. I am expecting a quote for an extensive repair to take place in the spring. I have confidence Tommy will provide a good one.
