Tommy and his team did a great job. My initial inquiry through the company’s website was responded to quickly. I explained the general nature of the job and Tommy gave me his thoughts on what needed to be done and a ballpark price over the phone, and followed up with a written email quote after sending him a few pictures. We ended up having a new liner to replace the old one, a safety cover installed, a new filter and some small general repairs to the ladder anchors. We had agreed up front on the timing given Tommy’s other commitments and the work was done when scheduled. Overall, I was very pleased with Olympic. It is a smaller company but I felt we got personal attention and excellent workmanship at a reasonable price. Our pool needed some attention and a couple of the other well known companies I spoke to suggested major overhauls at significant expense. As I explained to Tommy, we like our pool but we don’t love it. Tommy recommended the above work which made more sense and he seemed to better understand what we were looking for given our use of the pool. Would definitely call Olympic in the future.

Olympic Pool Services built my pool over 6 years ago, and has been servicing it since. I could have not asked for a better team to service my pool. They are super friendly, attentive, affordable and always get the job done! The office manager is also lovely to deal with, and gives me a peace of mind knowing I never have to worry about anything. Tommy replied to my HomeStars service request quickly last night and just came today. He assessed the pool heater which had the pilot light going but the burners wouldn't light. He determined that the culprit was a rusted out valve which he replaced. The heater is now working properly and he also painted a rusty part of the gas line. I very much appreciated his positive disposition, his expertise, and his quick and effective work. I'd highly recommend him and his company.

Tommy is very patient and helpful. I had many questions and requests, as this was my first pool, and he answered them in details. Did an amazing job opening the pool and providing guidance on how too keep the pool sparkling clean. The opening was challenging as closing by previous owner/company wasn't done properly. But Tommy made sure everything was done properly. Very satisfied and will recommend to everyone!

I needed the lights repaired in my inground pool. When I put a message out, Tommy promptly answered. He gave me a reasonable quote, ordered my parts, came when he said he would and did a great job.
