    Duct and Carpet Cleaning

    recently had carpets and ducts cleaned after a home renovations. The teams were very professional, through and advised anytime they found a concern. Did a fantastic job. Thank you for a job well done.

    Carpet Cleaning

    Representative seemed quite professional. Generally carpets were very clean. We were quite surprised to find that no furniture in the upstairs bedrooms was moved so the carpet could be cleaned. We had prepared everything for easy moving. Under the beds had not been touched at all.

    Carpet Cleaning

    I recently hired Prestige Carpet Cleaning to come and clean my carpets at my home. They arrived precisely for the scheduled appointment as per the Customer Service rep’s call that day. When they arrived the Prestige Carpet Cleaning's techs were so very polite and professional. I showed them the rooms to clean and I went out to the store. When I got back they were just finishing up. The carpets looked like new after they cleaned them. I am very impressed with their service. I would recommend them .

    carpet cleaning

    Rezaldo was a great worker. Communicated well. Described what he was going to do and what he can and can't. Everything was clean and smelled better after. The carpet is soft. He told me things I never knew such as that the carpet is made of nylon which is not made anymore. The dog's chair was cleaned so thoroughly you cannot tell it was hers. The office was proactive confirming everything and and answering questions

    Upholstery Cleaning

    I was extremely happy with the service that I received. The staff was courtesy and friendly. They took huge steps to keep my home clean and damage free. I wouldn't hesitate to use Prestige for any other services that I need and to refer them to others. Great job!!!

    Carpet Cleaning

    My husband and I run a very busy household with five children, 11 and under, so you can imagine how the carpet might get. I had hoped that Prestige could get it back to looking like it used to and they came in an exceeded our expectations. They were on time, professional, friendly and didn't an exceptional job. I would recommend Prestige Carpet to anyone and everyone.

    carpet cleaning

    I was very pleased with Prestige. They arrived on time, they were very polite and helpful and they did a great job. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting excellent service and results.

    Carpet cleaning

    Just had our basement carpet steam cleaned for 1st time in a few years. With 3 cats and 6 grandchildren in and out all the time it was getting quite dirty and also had many stains. Travis and Kevin did a super job and were very professional and on time!! Carpet looks and smells like new. Thanks guys. Will definitely recommend. John & Carol from Bowmanville

    Carpet Cleaning

    The service was slightly more expensive than I originally thought it would be, but it was definitely worth it! The technician spent over an hour at our new house cleaning the carpet on 2 floors. While some stains from the previous owners would not come out, the carpets look fantastic, and the home smells so clean! If you're just moving in, go with the Benefect product that disinfects the carpets as well, it's definitely worth it. I wouldn't suggest doing it all the time, unless someone has severe allergies, because it's an extra service. All in all, great service, friendly technician, really knew his stuff.

    Carpet Cleaning

    Travis came to our home to clean our carpets and also steam clean and sterilize our couch, to remove cat dander, as someone in our home has a severe cat allergy. Travis was professional, on time (such a plus) and very friendly. Our carpets look brand new! Mostly all the stains are removed, except for one or two deeply set in stains. But, those are now hardly noticeable. The couch is cat dander free and the usual instant skin reaction did not occur at all, when sat on. They use a cleaning solution that is all natural. An absolute plus for my family and I as we are very health conscience. I would definitely recommend Prestige Carpet Cleaning to my friends and family, and will most definitely call them back in the future.
