    Poor start, excellent finish.

    Originally had an appointment booked which was cancelled at the last minute. Another customer's appointment had run longer than expected and cancelling my appointment was the result. I was not happy with the service, and asked to speak to the manager. A few hours later, the owner called me, explained the situation, and had someone come out right away to complete the service. He offered his sincerest apology, and the work was completed above what I could have expected. They offered a few suggestions, which I took, and looked over a few other areas which they deemed did not need any work right now. I was very impressed with the end result and greatly appreciated the call back from the owner. I would highly recommend this company.

    Carpet cleaning

    Very seamless, courteous service! Technician Rizaldo arrived on time and went over the quote which was a little under estimated for the size of our basement and this was reasonable. He worked very hard to clean everything perfectly and removed all pet stains from the carpets! Previous carpet cleaners in a prior house left a mess at the sides of the stairs making me sceptical. Rizaldo cleaned two staircases and left only a clean beautiful carpet behind! Thank you and I would not hesitate to use this company again.

    Carpet cleaning

    Moved into our house years ago and only cleaned our carpet once before. Carpet was dirty and digusting due to a number of mishaps raising our two energetic boys. Now they are older and it's time to clean it again. Got a quote from Prestige Carpet Cleaning and the price was reasonable. The staff was very professional on the phone and would accomodate my busy schedule. Technician Rizaldo arrived on time and did a great job cleaning the carpet. Most important of all, this is one of the most professional company i've ever dealt with. Keep up the good work. Joseph Ho

    Old dirty carpets

    When we moved into our new home the carpets were very dirty and needed to be cleaned. We searched HomeStars and found Prestige had an excellent rating and were local and their cleaning products were human and pet friendly, which was very important to us. I cannot say enough good things about this company and their technician Travis. He arrived promptly at the time I picked and got right to work. He was friendly, informative and respected our home. We have never had rugs cleaned before as we always had wood floors. Travis took the time to explain the process to us and worked like a trooper on our very dirty carpets. We are so pleased with the out come. Carpets are 100% better than before and so soft. Nice to have piece of mind that the dirt and odours are gone. We highly recommend Prestige to everyone, as they are honest, professional and their cleaning ability is high quality. We are probably going to get them to clean our furniture next. Thanks Prestige and big thanks to Travis. I

    Carpet and furniture cleaned

    Had 3 rugs, runners and chesterfield, large chair as well as 8 dinning room chairs cleaned. Very professional workmanship. Clean and very knowledgeable staff with warranty and great after service. Kevin did a great job Invoice #C62029

    Carpet cleaning

    A new client who hasn't had carpets cleaned before. I was very impressed with the service from the customer service on the phone to the technician Rizaldo who came to the house. He was courteous and thorough. The carpets looked great when done. I will recommend to neighbours and friends.

    Carpet Cleaning

    The people on the phone were very helpful arranging the appointment for the property in Oshawa. The technician showed up on time, was also very friendly, clean and presentable. His equipment was clean and new. The job was done on time with no surprises, he got a couple big stains out, it dried quickly, and I was very happy! Will definitely use them again.

    Carpet and duct cleaning .. the works

    We moved into an 10 year old home and need ducts and carpets cleaned. The week of Christmas 2 teams work on our home. Both teams were very professional and explained the entire process. They also cleaned 2 chairs, central vac and dryer duct. We are very happy with the work and service provided. Thank you for coming on short notice.

    carpet cleaning

    The staff was very professional from start to finish. They delivered a service that is exceptional. Josh, their rep was very efficient and made good suggestions. I would not hesitate to use again!

    Upholstery Cleaning

    Many thanks to Travis and Kevin of Prestige Carpet Cleaning for the fantastic job they did cleaning our sofa and chair. They were prompt, courteous and especially careful to protect our new carpeting.
