    Great Service

    I have had a system for the past 13 years and have it regularly winterized. My service is always done reliably on time as expected and instructions for the home owner are very clear . I had a sprinkler head that wasn't spraying as it was supposed to and in the Spring it was fixed with no issues.

    WINTERIZATION

    I am a first time customer of Naiad Irrigation Systems for winterizing my irrigation system. I used their online service (easy & fast) . Their communication back to me was excellent including to advise me that there would be a delay in winterizing of my system due to the cold snap. The follow up was as promised. They understand customer service extremely well - I highly recommend Naiad.

    Excellent Customer Service

    Naiad Irrigation installed my irrigation system in July 2019. From the initial design meeting through to the install and recent winterization, Naiad was unfailingly professional, thorough and courteous. Customer service and communication was excellent throughout the process. I would highly recommend Naiad Irrigation Systems.

    Great service , good prices and always reliable.

    I have used these guys for the last five years, very reliable full service irrigation and sprinkler system support. A1Service at a good price. I use them for opening and closing my system with great results.

    Sprinkler start-up and blowout

    I book the Spring Activation and Fall Blowout each year. I have never had a problem. They are always here when they say they will be and the technicians that have come out are very polite and professional.

    Excellent Service!

    We are new to the area and needed to find someone to winterize our irrigation system. (We have had some awful service from the company that apparently installed it). Naiad was very easy to deal with for a booking, and was able to complete our winterization quickly and efficiently, with no hassles at all. The Service tech was professional, polite and down to business. Customer service team was wonderful and very easy to deal with. Hands down, five star recommendation for Naiad! You’ve made a committed customer out of me! Thank you!

    irrigation winterization

    Phoned company up and they came out and did the job on time and with no fuss. Job was done properly. Everybody was courteous and professional we were very pleased.

    Winterization

    Have had Naiad do my winterization for 7 years. They have always provided prompt and high quality service, and are a very reliable company. Happy to continue to use them into the future!

    Great service every year

    Each year I have Naiad winterize and set up my irrigation system. I always book in advance so there’s no stress. I love their automatic reminders that are emailed, so I never have to think about it.

    sprinkler blow out service

    Professional from picking a date for service, arriving on stated date, completing project, tagged as done. And comes with a warranty on the work. Perfect!! Thank you. Pleasure to deal with a company that does what it says it is going to do.
