Our experience with the crew and staff have been nothing short of excellent., 10 out of 10 in every category. These folks go above and beyond and take the initiative and care to their clients and the companies reputation as they would towards their own properties in caring for your property. It's so wonderful to see efficiency of communication between office to service staff flow with such respect for each other. Amidst our -40 weather recently, a crew arrived to rid an area that accumulated a bit of drift making it difficult to back out of our garage, promptly within 24 hours notification. Efficiently and carefully with a small plow truck around the courtyard wall and then manually grooming it by shovel and a personal conversation with myself to ensure it was to our satisfaction, our driveway was immaculate!!!!! Excellent customer service Naiad Management, Myles, Jeff, Ray, Jason and office staff.
