This is the second time that we have used Ambia Windows and Doors. Last year, we replaced the windows on the front of our house and this spring we decided to replace 3 windows at the back and an 11 ft. sliding door. As we always do, we obtained 3 quotes on the job and Ambia was in the middle. We decided to go with Ambia again because of the professionalism of Tony and his crew. Tony was able to come to the house to provide an estimate based on OUR schedule, which is surprisingly unusual dealing with contractors. Tony was also very helpful in making suggestions to match our existing windows and he was able to provide options that fit our tight budget. Once we agreed to go with Ambia, Frank the installer came by to double-check the measurements prior to the windows/sliding door being manufactured. Once the windows/sliding were manafactured, we mutually agreed with Tony on a convenient installation date. On installation day, Frank and Ken arrived on time and began by putting down protective mats on our hardwood floor/stairs. They completed the install in a few short hours and most importantly they fully cleaned up once the job was complete. Tony also came by on installation day to ensure that everything was completed to our satisfaction. Ambia Windows and Doors is first and foremost a PROFESSIONAL company that I would not hesitate to recommend to anybody. They know their products and they know how to treat their customers.

Ambia is a great company to deal with. We got quotes from 7 companies and Ambia's pricing is very competitive plus it had excellent reviews on homestars. We had all our windows in our house replaced brick to brick. Tony was quick to respond to our request for an estimate. He replied to emails and phone call quickly with any questions or concerns we had. Eugene and his team was extremely professional. They used loads of spray foam on the windows. The caulking done by Eugene looks smooth and flawless. Whenever there was an issue, Eugene made an effort to satisfy my needs. They finished the job in the stated time frame. Tony came by to ensure all was well and address any issues we might have. Their customer service is far superior to any company we have ever dealt with. They work very hard to ensure their customers are very happy. We are so glad we went with Ambia and are completely satisified with our windows . Thanks Tony and Eugene!

This is what I would call the perfect service. Tony came rapidly (and on time) to evaluate our needs. We wanted to change an ugly bow window, and replace 5 storm windows plus an outside door. He never pushed for replacement but was looking at offering the best quality material at the best price. We got several quote and he came twice cheaper than some (!) despite offering much better quality windows. We also paid what he roughly estimated at his first visit, there was no added cost. He associated us with all the step of the fabrication of the windows, advising me when we didn't know. His contractors came on time, worked fast and properly. The windows and door replacements were done brick to brick, ensuring proper sealing and insulation. Finish is perfect. What more? Our friends and neighbours all asked us Tony's contact. Seems like a good sign that the job was well done. Thank you Tony.

Decided to change the windows and patio doors my newly bought house. Called 3 companies from home stars with 10/10. Talked to Tony from Ambia and I realized that he a professional & gentlman. He sent me one of his project managers (Micheal) and he also a professional and polite guy. Micheal visted the house and submitted his offer which was the second from 3. I decided to go with Ambia because of the quality of their products and the way they deal with customer especially Tony and Micheal. They start installation in the same day I've given before without any delay and the sent 2 installers and they also professional and polites. They worked very hard for 2 days from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM with only 30 minutes for lunch break. Tony visited the site and check the work byhimself and instructed his guys about some minor issues. Micheal called me every day even after instllation to ask if I have any issue with the windows and asked if his people cleaned the site. We are so happy to deal with Ambia and we will recommend them for anyone looking for good products to be installed by good professional people. Thanks for Tony, Micheal and other guys.

My wife and I needed specific service for our window installations and Ambia Windows came through and met all our expectations. We had specific billing requirements and my windows needed to be custom made. They went the extra mile to work around our tenants and this was greatly appreciated. Ambia Windows and Doors did a great job installing my doors and windows. The sales person we dealt with gave us a fair quote and answered all of our questions in detail. The windows look great and work perfectly. They were very thorough and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use them again for future projects and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Tony updated my windows &did a great job. When I needed a new front door I immediately went to him. Live in the beaches in a wonky old house & eugene explained how he would need to custom fit the door as our old door is larger than standard doors in new houses. Feel comfortable understanding how he will do the installation when it arrives in the next few weeks.

I've had my new windows for 2 weeks and I love them! Our home is an older home, so I wanted to make sure that the new windows fit the look of the home rather than changing it. I also wanted windows that were energy efficient and easy to clean. Tony provided great guidance in the selection of the right windows. He was very detailed in his descriptions of the features and benefits. When the quote arrived, it also contained a lot of details. So I felt confident that I had made a good choice. I had 5 different companies quote on my window and door project. Ambia's price was right in the middle (all quotes were within $1500 of each other). However, I found Tony to be the most knowledgeable and was very quick to respond to my many questions. The job was performed exactly as Tony had presented. The Ambia crew were very professional and made a couple of on the job minor changes without any fuss. Tony followed up more than once to make sure we were satisfied. I have nothing negative to report on my dealing with Ambia..... I highly recommend them.

Tony was great from the sales to install setup to post install follow-up. He took the time to explaine everything and provided all the warranty work for me. Their install time was exactly when he said it would be ready. Eugene, the installer, was very professional. The workmanship was spot on. I will call them again when I change other windows.
