It is my first year when I did request a window cleaning with Heights Residential. They did the job in such a hurry, I guess was the last appointment for the day. I think I am part of a generation where the quality of work is more important then the quantity...any way I gave 4 stars for the service. Thank you.

I emailed their office and received a response the same day. Crew was booked to attend within a few days. A time was booked and then we needed to bump that time up, if possible. They arrived early when we called and asked if it was possible to come early. The crew of two first did an overall inspection of the scope of the job and then got at it. Windows washed and eavestroughs cleaned and full site clean up was done. There was no evidence left behind that they had done the work, other than clean windows and eavestroughs. VERY PLEASED. i have recommended them to many.

The gutters were full of needles and small trees growing in them. Two very polite young men arrived with all equipment required and made a fast and effective job of it. We had a downpour the next day and all eaves and down spouts flowed like a charm. Very happy. Will hire again!

I have used Heights for years, and I wouldn't use anyone else. They are so professional and do an excellent job every time. Strongest possible recommendation--don't hesitate to give them a call.

I live in the Garneau on Whyte Avenue. My suite is on the first floor of the building but the second level from the street. The guys from Heights arrived as promised and were incredibly efficient getting my windows done within an hour. They did a terrific job (again). I'm quite settled that my bi-annual window cleaning will be their responsibility moving forward, as I am very happy with their service.

This was my first time using this company for gutter cleaning. I am so impressed at the job that they did, I did not even notice that they were there as no mess to clean up and the only reason I knew they had been to the house was I did not have the trees growing out of my gutters anymore. Fantastic I so appreciate this service as I am not able to do that type of a job and will certainly be using you guys again next year!!!
