The crew was prompt, fast and did not leave a mess behind, unlike other crews I have hired in the past. I will definitely be back and will recommend to others.

The first year I hired Heights Residential, I was so amazed at everything about their company I submitted a comment to Kris that he should start running workshops for small business owners on exactly how to run an exceptional company. Their website is clean, clear and easy to navigate. All of their staff are extremely personable, intelligent, friendly, interesting to talk to and have, in the past three years I've hired them, gone beyond what they were required to do. One year, the window cleaner removed and replaced a large window so that I could fix the insulation strip. The next year, a different staff member fixed my balcony door and showed me what caused it to stop sliding. Each year, they show up exactly at the time they say they're going to arrive. While they're working, they're focussed, careful of my home, pay great attention to details and are just incredibly efficient. When they're finished and ready to leave, they give me the option of either receiving an invoice by mail or by email. Within a day or so, a staff member does a follow up call to make sure I'm completely satisfied with the job. And, all of this for an excellent price. Heights Residential shines as beautifully as my windows do after they've cleaned them. Thanks to all of you.

We have a large house with many windows. We first used Kris around ten years ago when he was a one-man operation. We are often apprehensive about hiring people to work in and around the house – Kris has always been a joy to work with, a cheerful man who loves his work, fearlessly scampering up ladders, carefully avoiding our vases as he does the inside. He is totally trustworthy and has always been willing to do the little extras, such as changing the lightbulbs and wiping ledges that were scary high. And, oh the joy of sparkling windows! Since then, the company has expanded into Heights Residential. Reflecting Edmonton’s festival spirit, Kris hires musicians and actors whose creative nature comes through in their work. We don’t see Kris every time; the teams that come out show the same trustworthiness, energy, care, and joyful enthusiasm. This year the boys made our sliding screen door slide again. And we continue to experience the joy of sparkling windows!

After two no-shows from other companies, I called Heights Residential. What a relief! Not only did they actually show up, but the whole process, from booking to estimate to service through to payment was a breeze. The staff was friendly, helpful, and prompt. I've already recommended Heights to my friends.

This was the second year I've had Heights Residential come to my home and it was definitely worth it. They take the jobs that I don't like to do and do such a great job of it. From the initial contact to paying the bill, everything was a pleasure.
