Very responsive, first company that called me back and came out next day. Thanks to Cory she was very nice to talk with. Valentyn, technician that came is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional, he's an expert. He wasn't going to charge me for a service if he couldn't find the cause of the problem and when he did discover the issue his fee to correct it was very reasonable. I highly recommend DrainCom and I will definitely use them again.

Our toilet backed up and we called Draincom. Alex came out the same day to investigate and found that the sewage line under our 88 year old house had collapsed. Unable to use our water, he triaged our case to the top of the list and got his wonderful crew to work first thing the following morning. Everything was done cleanly, efficiently and with smiles. Corey and Santina kept us constantly updated and were helpful and friendly every step of the way. If we could give them a twenty out of ten, we would. Highly recommend!!!

Valentyn called and was at my home within 2 hours from his initial call. Val was beneficial in removing faucet in kitchen that he had to cut to remove due to years of use with calcium build up that could not be loosen easily. Valentyn also gave me advise on how to replace showers installed at the same time as he removed faucet. For the time Val spent on my projects, his rate was very reasonable. Thanks!

I had Borys from Draincom come to my home and remove old pedestal sinks in two bathrooms and install new vanities. Also replace the old laundry tub with a new one. Borys worked very well and he did a terrific job of explaining everything to me. My place was left clean when the work was finished. Price quoted was exactly what was invoiced. I will absolutely recommended Borys and Draincom to all that need a good plumber.

Valentyn was very helpful in providing a solution for an extremely clogged toilet in my rental home. He was efficient and explained his process throughout the short visit. Before long, he had resolved the issue and the toilet was working fine. He was also able to provide a reasonable quote on another upcoming project while he was on site. Definitely recommend.

Technician Valentin came as scheduled, was professional, suggested to replace faucet which I agreed to because I was frustrated wiping it all the time and it could have caused mold further on. I decided to hire Valentyn due to all of the high recommendations from other customers. I am very pleased with his communication, workmanship, politeness and his advice with fixing the pipe that I needed replacing. Val arrived and explained what needed fixing and gave me a price which I was very happy to accept. Valentyn worked quickly and efficiently tidying the area he was working in. Our kitchen sink was not draining and we could not clear the blockage on our own using a snake and Drano. I called DrainCom and I have never had such a positive experience with a plumber. Will was knowledgable and actually took time to investigate the problem. He was honest and said that he could fix the problem but it might only help temporarily. He explained that our pipes may not be sloped properly which could be contributing to build up in the pipes. With other company's this job would have cost over $500. Will even took the time to write up a very detailed job description and how we might fix the problem long term. Don't use the big guys you hear on radio ads. I've had horrible experiences with other plumbing companies but I will be using DrainCom from now on.

I called Draincom, Santina answered the phone with enthusiasm. She apologized for not being able to get in touch with a Plumber right away to find out about scheduling an appointment during the long weekend but promised to get back to me and she did. Will, the Plumber, called ahead the day of the appointment and showed up promptly between the appointment timing window. The work was done well & professionally. He also threw in plunging and snaking of another toilet to address an issue we were having with it. He inspected a kitchen faucet without any additional charges or issues. All in all, a very pleasant experience with Draincom. I will recommend them and use them again for any plumbing jobs.
