    Blocked pipe

    We have used them a few times over the years and have received nothing but the best service. Our basement drain pipe recently became clogged with dirt from a renovation and with a few days of rain coming in we were worried it would back up. One day after calling Slava arrived and snaked it in a couple of hours at a reasonable price. We would definitely recommend them to everyone.

    Clogged Master Shower Drain

    Called DrainCom based on the reviews found here and the service was exceptional as expected. Valentyn arrived on time and started quickly to tackle the issue with my clogged shower drain. He tried 2 different types of snakes but with no luck. His assessment was that the drain was frozen and the snake was just too flexible to remove the ice. He had asked that I try a different company who may have another tool with better results. As the problem was not resolved Valentyn did not charge me anything. Although the issue was not resolved I would still recommend DrainCom to all my friends and family.

    Sump pump problem

    I had dealt with DrainCom four years ago to have a sump pump installed in my basement. Recently water was backing up from the sump pump into the basement. I called DrainCom and Carl came out to assess the situation. Two days later Toni came out to fix the disconnected pipe which was to take the water outside. Toni was very professional and friendly and even offered some tips to avoid future problems. Since the work was under warranty, I didn't have to pay. I would definitely recommend DrainCom to friend.

    PLUGGED MAIN DRAIN LINE NEW YEARS DAY

    Our main drain was backing up into our basm't laundry room ad had to drain the sink via a pail 4-5 x daily. A royal pain. Contated DRAINCOM and Toni came by, sourced the problem, snaked the line and fixed it in no time. We are very satisfied and would recommend DRAINCOM

    Snake Bathroom Drian

    We called DrainCom due to a backup in the bathroom drain. The secretary was very courteous and scheduled someone to come by as soon as possible. Valentyn showed up on time and was very professional. He knew exactly what the problem was and completed the job with no issues. I would certainly recommend him and plan to use his services again.

    Excellent Service!

    We called on a Sunday and Borys showed up in the 1.5 hour estimated time. He was excellent with providing detailed information and recommendations for our issue. While he couldn't fix the issue (it was a leak from a fire protection pipe, which the building owns) he was very clear about who we should call and gave us excellent advice (at no charge). Next plumbing issue we have we will be calling Borys ASAP!

    Roots in Drainage Pipe

    We emptied our old hot water into our basement drain and the water came back up the pipes and flooded the basement. I knew something was up so called DrainCom right away. Carl came within an hour and showed me the problem with his video camera. Our clay pipes were completely perforated with roots that were choking the pipes. Carl was able to start the job the next day and install a backflow valve. They were friendly and efficient and we feel much better knowing that we will not have any worse floods in the future.

    Clogged Copper Kitchen Drain

    Just had the best service from Val. We had a nasty case of copper drain being clogged in our kitchen sink. Val came in and assessed the problem right away. Got some new parts for me and did the job in under an hour. Along the road, he explained why and how he was doing things and recommended ways of taking care of it next time. He even did clean out our washroom sink while he was at it! He saved our holiday lol

    Replacement of water valves

    I called DrainCom to replace two water valves. Scheduling went smoothly and the lady I spoke with was very friendly. The quote I received was very reasonable for the work. Val came to do the work and he was a pleasure to deal with. He did the work efficiently and everything is looking great. This is my first experience with this company and I am happy with how it turned out.

    Relocate laundry sinks and Washing machine

    Really pleased and impressed with the speed of scheduling our appointment and then the very professional, straightforward approach from this company. Valentyn was very patient in explaining what he would need to do, quickly shopped for all the necessary parts and in less than a day , we had two new laundry sinks, a washing machine hooked up and ready to go and new drains installed. Very tidy and helpful even with the cabinet feet! I would highly recommend Val and this company.
