As first time home owners there are lots of firsts... With the cold weather here to stay it was time to shut off the outside water spout. Easy right? Well, we turned it off and thought that we had done it right; that is until we went to use the cold water in the kitchen and there wasn't any to be had. We contacted Draincom that evening and scheduled a plumber to come out, thankfully, for the next day. Upon arrival, Borys took the time to thoroughly investigate our plumbing needs, he showed tremendous respect for our home and patiently explained everything to us. Borys was able to quickly and efficiently remedy our plumbing problems and at a very reasonable rate. I highly recommend Draincom and will definitely be contacting them again should any other issues/ renovations come up!

Our outdoor faucet was dripping and we couldn't find the shut-off valve in the house. I was able to have someone (Valentyn) come within 24hrs of my call. He was professional, explained the problem, how he would fix it and how much it would cost. (He also found the shut-off valve that had been buried behind the drywall.) He did a great job and it ended up costing less than the quote (always a bonus). Very satisfied customer!

I can't say enough good about Valentin and DrainCom. I wanted to retrofit a bathroom and laundry area into a 150yr old Victorian basement. Which means nothing is easy, and Valentin did a phenomenal job while maintaining a great sense of humour about the complexity. The office always made it easy to schedule his time. And DrainCom stuck to the original quote despite the difficulties. Fantastic all around!!

Boris from Draincom did a great job on an old, leaky connection - he showed up on time, came up with a creative solution and went the extra mile to make sure everything was ok. I would highly recommend him and Draincom.

I called DrainCom because of their high rating on HomeStars. They absolutely lived up to their rating. Valentyn was prompt, polite and fast. He even called a couple of days after the repair to ensure everything was working properly.

Had a great experience with DrainCom - they worked quickly and efficiently and sorted out all of our plumbing issues. A replacement part that turned out to be faulty was also painlessly replaced a few days later with no problems or additional charges. Would recommend them.

The toilet unexpectedly clogged. I tried to unclog it using a plunger with no success. I called DrainCom around 4:30PM and Boris arrived a few hours later. He's knowledgably, professional, and friendly. After inspecting the problem toilet, he also inspected the rest of the related plumbing explaining what he would be doing and what I should expect. He then corrected the problem. In total it only took him about 30 minutes. Thank you Boris and DrainCom!

A simple project that turned into something more complex. I'll start with that they accommodated a Sunday appointment which was awesome. I had gotten a new kitchen counter, faucet and sink. I was anxious to get my kitchen back and needed a plumber to install the faucet. Drain Con sent Toni to rescue and he was incredible. During the installation Toni discovered that the faucet I had been provided was damaged and missing a piece. He was kind enough to wait while I ran out to buy a new one. He then rebuilt my very old pipes with all new parts so it all worked beautifully. He was very gracious and professional. I would request him and recommend him in an instant.
