Drain Com reviews (876)

A simple project that turned into something more complex. I'll start with that they accommodated a Sunday appointment which was awesome. I had gotten a new kitchen counter, faucet and sink. I was anxious to get my kitchen back and needed a plumber to install the faucet. Drain Con sent Toni to rescue and he was incredible. During the installation Toni discovered that the faucet I had been provided was damaged and missing a piece. He was kind enough to wait while I ran out to buy a new one. He then rebuilt my very old pipes with all new parts so it all worked beautifully. He was very gracious and professional. I would request him and recommend him in an instant. Thank you Drain Com and Toni!

From the time I phoned in, I have received only excellent service. The receptionist helped set up an immediate appointment. Valentine, the plumber did an excellent job. Very accomodating and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend him and also call him and his company for any future work I might need to have done. Thank you Valentine and Draincom, for making this a pleasant experience.

It was easy to book an appointment with DrainCom. On the day Valentyn (an experienced plumber) showed up to solve my problem. A smell was coming from my tub on the second floor. He was able to avoid cutting underneath (first floor ceiling) by working in a tight space to fix the venting situation. He was quick and courteous!

Draincom provided same day service for a clogged kitchen drain. After travelling a long distance in rush hour gridlock before a long weekend, Borys worked late into the evening. He went the extra mile to make a cleanout, and used a degrease agent. Fair price. No extra charge for a "bigger snaking machine".

We had renovated our laundry room and needed to get an external company to remove and attach the plumbing. We called a few companies and got quoted much higher rates. The price with Draincom was reasonable and Val was good to deal with. He came on time and got the work done! I will recommend him for anyone looking to get the work done with real sable peiceline.!

I had leak coming in my kitchen ceiling from washroom above and clogged drains all over the house vanities, shower and found draincom online and schedguled a plumber to take a look at my plumbing problems so Toni came over and investigated the leak and estimated the work up front at very reasonable price, very nice pleasant and honest person Toni is. he fixed all plumbing for us quickly and efficient! I would recommend Draincom to all my relatives we will sure have Toni coming back to do some more work.

I have a 10 years old house. The kitchen sink main drain clogged recently. For a few days, we can not use the kitchen sink properly. I called DrainCom on Saturday and explained the situation. The receptionist was very friendly, wrote down my issues and send in Toni the next day. Toni arrived on time, carefully examine the problem and resolved our problem diligently. Toni was very patient and very nice to deal with. This was our first major plumbing job on the house. With Toni, the price was quoted reasonable, the work was done with satisfaction and honesty. What a relief for us! I highly recommend DrainCom and will not hesitate to hire this company again in the future.

I took pride in finding this company! We hired "Borys" from DrainCom to repair and install many things (8-9 long itemized list) for an old house that we recently bought. He worked long hours and hard!!! Nor did he charge us for a few of the things that he did. His price was very competitive and he stuck to his quote even though he did more work than what was expected of him. He has such a great personality and work ethics (one of a kind in this industry), he's patient, sincere, has great manners, trust worthy and very knowledgable. Also he's so considerate, he cleans up after each job, leaving my place clean and mess free! Such a pleasure to work with! We couldn't have chose a better professional and company! It's a must that you Ask for "Borys" when you call in! Will definitely recommend you and keep you as a lifetime contact! Thanks so much Borys for all of your help!

I contacted 3 plumbing companies to get quotes for this work. Draincom was the second quote and was 1/5 the cost of the first plumber. I didn't even bother to check the 3rd plumber. Draincom had excellent reviews and gave a 1 year parts and labour warranty. The job was a bit tricky as I had used a indian wood dresser and imported copper sink and tap - none of which were ordinary or fit together perfectly. My plumber Boris was patient, hardworking and thorough. He tool the time to do the job right and answered my questions happily. I was very pleased with his work and also dealing with the company to arrange the work. I would absolutely recommend them, this is the 6th plumber I have dealt with over the years and the best value by far. Tina F

In a word Outstanding!! Two weeks into my condo I noticed the tub drain was draining very slowly. After a less than desirable experience with another company called Draincom and they sent Toni out. Toni worked hard and even with the tight space and small bathroom persisted till the job was done. Toni was hardworking, courteous, friendly, professional and honest. Will be calling them in future for all my plumbing needs. Most impressed with this company from office staff to Toni to their very fair prices. Thank you Toni and Draincom
