had a slow leak very hard to detect where the water was dripping from under kitchen sink. was not only repaired but older parts were replaced, will use again.. thanks Anatoliy

Just before Christmas we had a leak under our kitchen sink. On short notice, Les arrived promptly and replaced the kitchen drain pipe and installed a new tap. We appreciated Les' polite courteous manner, as he patiently answered all our questions. We have also used Draincom to install a backwater valve and to clear an outside drainage pipe and were pleased with their price and service., We have recommended this company to friends and would not hesitate to do so again.

Had a leaky pipe. Condo recommendation was no help. Researched plumbers on homestars. Found Draincom. They came out right away. Valentin was the best. Very friendly and professional. Worked quickly and efficiently. Problem was solved. 5/5 would definitely use them again.

Called DrainCom in to solve my floor drain problem. The technician, Rob, arrived on time and prepared. First task was to clean the drain opening of any flies that were present, then using a camera inventoried the state of the drainpipes -right out to the street. Lastly, he snaked the whole line. I stayed with Rob throughout the whole process, asking questions, getting clarifications and seeking his advice. My involvement didn't upset Rob at all, in fact he stated he enjoyed explaining the steps and his findings with me. A satisfied customer and would use DrainCom again.

I had Slava come out to assess the problems with the drain, (which actually turned out to be a problem requiring the installation of air venting for the laundry area) A plumber named Valentine was very knowledgable and did a nice job.I asked him about some water pipes that might freeze, because the pipes were right on the outside wall. He was able to fix this on the same visit, moving the water supply pipes away from the outside wall. It is good to know that this work has been done, so that we will avoid future problems. Both men were very nice to have in my home.

I called DrainCom after reading all the positive reviews on his site. Our serviceman Valentin showed up early and knew exactly what he was doing. He worked quickly and efficiently. I was experiencing a blocked drain off and on for months. Called DrainCom, Dispatch was courteous and efficient.Rob came within 2 hours, and unplugged the drain with a motorized snake. The problem was a huge buildup of grease. He recommended new plumbing under the sink which included a better angle and new clean out pipe to allow easier access in the future. Job was completed the next day. Rob was courteous, informative and a pleasure to deal with. Would not hesitate to call DrainCom again.

Clogged drain in the basement, just before the New Year holiday. I called the Dreincom. Master arrived during half an hour, immediately found the problem using a camera. The problem was a root inside the pipe. He cut the root by special machine and cleaned it during 40 minutes, very quickly and accurately. The problem was fixed. Amazing job. Thanks to Dreincom.

Initial quote professional, knowledgeable and informative. Once the job started, the guys did a great job, were on time, explained options, covered our belongings, worked hard, cleaned up all mess and removed all debris. Very reasonable pricing. Anatoli was very efficient in identifying and correcting the problem with a cracked piece of PVC pipe down the basement wall from under the kitchen sink. A thorough repair job, no more problem to worry about. The price was right, the job well done. Thank you.
