    Leaking faucet

    I contacted Waterworks and was greeted very positively. The technician arrived at the scheduled time and completed the work quickly and neatly. He insisted on cleaning up after himself which was great. I would use them again.

    Waste-water stack replacement, laundry machine drain installation, shower plumbing.

    We called on a Sunday morning, and after speaking with the excellent receptionist, Josh was there very quickly. He did his work quickly and cleanly, and was very respectful of our home. We were so impressed with his service and attention that we had him back later that week to do a whole bunch of other major plumbing things that we needed! You know they're not messing you around because of their "rate book". I'll never call another plumber.

    Major plumbing disaster-- solved!

    It started with a bad smell in the basement and turned into a nightmare that Michael and the Waterworks team solved. Michael came over after an emergency call on Easter Sunday. Once he diagnosed the problem, he had a team in the next day to execute the solution. The team was professional, responsive, communicative and great to work with. I highly recommend Waterworks for any plumbing job-- big or small. Thank you! Virginia

    Toilet and faucet fix

    I found WaterWorks online. The person who answered the phone when I called was very professional and personable. When Michael arrived, he was clean, courteous, personable, quick and very helpful. The price seemed very fair. I would totally recommend WaterWorks.

    plumbing issue

    Had a sewage odour coming from basement drain everytime i did laundry. No one had been able to figure out what was causing it... even had some pipes replaced. Michael from waterworks came in knew right away it was pipes needed to be cleaned out with enzyme product.. Everything seems fine now..

    Leak in kitchen

    I reside outside the country and have a rental property in Toronto. I contacted Water Works as my tenant was reporting a water leak under the sink. Water Works Plumbing was able to go out and locate and fix a problem with the main shut off valve. They kept me informed and up to date throughout the process which gave me confidence in them. "Excellent customer service".

    Remove defective faucets and replace with new faucets

    I am a builder living in the same home for the past seven years and required the replacement of my kitchen faucet. The service provided was truly incredible, timely and professional.     Toilet constantly running

    Michael is very professional. He is able to assess what is wrong and checks his work after to make sure everything is good. I would recommend Mike and his company who needs work done. Lisa and Stephanie are great too in making updates on schedules.

    leaking outside tap

    Iwas so pleased to find a company that meant what they said and said what they meant. They were on time, on budget,and extremely pleasant.Their name is Waterworks Plumbing and Drains.Lisa in the office started things off on the right note by being so nice and so professional on the phone. She made me feel that I could trust her and her company. Mike -the plumber-was very capable.He recognized the problem and acted quickly to rectify it. He even pointed out a potential danger in my home and advised on how it could be fixed even though it was not a plumbing issue. I am very satisfied and will use this company again.I found Waterworks by reading a review on this website. Thank you.

    Main water valve repair
