    new sewer and water main

    I was reffered to Water Works by a friend and I am very pleased with the results. Being a designer and contractor I know that they did an excellent job. The work was done in a timely manner which allowed me to meet a deadline. Michael also ran a new water service into our house. It was great that they came out on Labour Day and started their work.     Several repairs in master bathroom

    The worth of a company is how they handle unforseen problems. And Craig and Waterworks outdid themselves. Some of the issues were my misunderstaning as to what to order and some had to do with Home Depot which sold me an incomplete showerhead set To Jennifer, Michael, Terry, and especially Craig: One big thank you!     Repair Toilet Leakage Problem

    Previous contractor messed up the job. Called WaterWorks and received fast, competent and courteous service. Really liked the followup service which was very well handled. Was not pressured into work that really did not need to be done. Very professional. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbling done.

    Gasket leak in toilet, full toilet service

    Michael was very helpful, friendly, and prompt! Very upfront about the cost, thorough in his assessment of the problem and in ensuring his repair had fixed the issue - even though it meant waiting for approval to enter another suite in the condo to inspect his work from below. Highly recommended and will definitely use WaterWorks again!

    kitchen drain replacement

    Looked up water works on the internet. Inqury about plimbing service. Talked to the receptionist of Water Works. Told me everything I needed to know about my concern. Micheal yuffy came to the door and explain about the problem. Told me thats there's a flat rate on the Kitchen sink drain and wont cost anymore for other services.He was very nice about it and has great interpersonal skills.

    blocked toilet

    I've known Michael and his family for over 10 years. He is my go to plumber that I can trust and rely on. I had a blocked toilet and he immediately came to the rescue. He is very professional and I would recommend him 100% to all my friends and family. Liza D

    repairs to leaky pipes

    Craig was a huge help when it came to fixing the pipes. He took the time to explain the problem and helped prioritize the work that I needed to see to immediately. Highly recommend.

    Install Dishwasher, Fix Outside Water Tap

    Work was done efficiently, cleanly and once I approve the work they were happy to have my nanny sign off on it, which allowed me to get to work. Everything is working and looks good. Will use them again in a flash.

    Roots in Drain

    After being given a $10,000.00 estimate to fix a root problem in our drains (company was affiliated with Enbridge through our protection plan), we decided to get a second opition with WaterWorks. Craig came out promptly and suggested a much cheaper alternative - the application of Root X. This process worked really well and the drain is running freely. Craig was super professional. Owner called a few weeks later to check in with how the drains were. I appreciated the follow up.

    kitchen drain cleaing

    The owner arrived with a co-worker, and they were extremely prompt in arriving. After putting shoe covers on to keep everything clean, they diagnosed the problem quickly. Their work was clean, efficient and effective. I would completely recommend Water Works for any plumbing need. If I ever have anything else go wrong, they will be the first call. Thanks Michael!
