    older plumbing repair

    Early morning plumbing emergency! I called Jean and she had Michael come right away. Excellent, prompt service. Michael was courteous and completed the repair in a timely fashion. Would definitely call them again!

    Drain Problem

    What appeared to be a minor drain issue turned into a difficult fix owing to poor renovation decisions made by the previous home owner. Michael had to diagnose and reach the problem by 3 different approaches. His determination and perseverance toward solving the issue showed the character of himself and his company. Honest, professional & friendly. I'm very glad I called WaterWorks and won't hesitate to do so again.

    Leaking bathtub faucet

    Phoned Waterworks and Jean was great - answering all of my questions and took away my anxiety. Very comforting. Then Michael showed up - early even! - and was completely professional. Gave me a couple of options and helped me decide the best course of action. Job was completed that day and I was very happy with the results. Aleady know that I will recommend Waterworks to others.

    Kitchen tap repair

    Very quick turnaround from service request to showing up and fixing my tap. Price was fair and work was done well and explained properly. Thanks again for the efficient service. Will definitely use again.

    New faucets

    When I called, I was just expecting an estimate, but George said he came to work, and that he did, installing new faucets and taps in 2 locations in my house. He worked quickly and neatly, and was very friendly to my pets.

    Problematic plugged drain

    Lived in a more than 50 year old home. Had problem with plugged drain which sometimes goes away but this time it didn't. Wanted some professional and expert work done. Set-up an appointment and Michael was on my door. Very professional, clean and upfront pricing. Very happy with the work done.

    blocked drain

    Definitely recommend Water Works. George is the best. I called Waterworks on Wednesday afternoon and they arrived promptly at 10am the next morning. George is lovely, clean, courteous and polite. He fully explained what he was going to do and asked me for any preferences that I might have. The drain was blocked deep into the back wall and he proceeded to snake the drain being very careful to put the protective housing on the snake so as to not damage the floor. The best plumbing experience I have ever had. I wish I had used them years ago.

    Kitchen Drainpipe Repair

    I recently tried to replace the plumbing underneath my Kitchen sink myself. While hacksawing my way through a copper pipe, I accidentally cut a little into the hot water pipe. Tried plugging it but was unable to do so. Called Waterworks and Jean was awesome on the phone. Very friendly and helpful. When George came he was patient, understanding and also extremely friendly. Knew exactly what he was doing to repair the problem and was done quickly and efficiently. I'm very satisfied with the overall experience with this company. I felt the price was a little high but I have not had to use a plumber before so I expect it's pretty normal. I would defiitely use Waterworks again!

    repair leaky 1/2 inch copper pipe

    George was friendly, courteous, efficient and thorough. He arrived right on time, no waiting. Not only did he repair the problem quickly he rectified the unsightly work done by the original installer. I will definitely use this service again.

    Dishwasher Installation

    Called on a Monday and got an appointment for the Wednesday.....Excellent service, very professional, on time!! Would definately recommend to others! Thank you Michael, your awesome service and Knowledge was very much appreciated!!
