    Bathroom plumbing

    After waiting on another contractor to fix a leak in the bathroom (bath faucet) for months and seeing it get worse, I contacted Waterworks and they promptly fixed the problem (which had become much more serious with time). As the plumber that was sent was attempting to fix the problem, a more serious issue with the main water valve of the house was found and also fixed. Waterworks were great about making accommodations for quick repairs, the pricing was refreshingly transparent and I would definitely recommend them in the future. I just wish the City of Toronto had been as quick in turning the water back on as WW were in fixing the problem!

    Basement Sewage Pump Replacement

    Waterworks was the only plumbing company that responded to my call over the long weekend. (and quickly!) They had a friendly, personable plumber to my house within a couple hours on Saturday. I was quoted within a half hour of assessing my problem (a old / burned out sewage pump). Mike and Shaun showed up on Tuesday to take care of the large / awkward job. They were friendly, very clean and I was very happy with their work. It's Tuesday evening now, and although I'm $2300 poorer, my problem has been quickly and professionally taken care of. Well worth it.

    Home inspection and water leak.

    Would highly recommend this company. The customer service was fantastic and they provided a lot of good suggestions above and beyond the services they were there to complete. I'm sure I will be using waterworks as my go-to plumber.

    Replacing kitchen faucet

    Michael was as usual was very professional and clinical in the execution of the work. A high quality of work was exhibited. The service was prompt and courteous.Highly recommendable! This company has been doing work around my home for the last 9 years.

    Leaking Air Conditioner Pipe

    The airconditioning pipe was leaking into my basement. I researched Homestars and contacted Water Works Plumbing. The response was quick and the repair was done neatly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Water Works and would use them again

    On going leakage waterline problem

    Michael was efficient, fast and professional. He gave us several options and was willing to explain the repair process. He is friendly and pleasant and we would gladly recommend his service to all those in need.

    minor clogged drain

    Found you on the internet. Very professional and responsive phone rep. Arranged sameday sevice. Plumber arrived ahead of schedule. Problem resolved quickly and professionally. Plumber was professional and wore shoe covers.

    Bathtub faucets and diverter

    We were very pleased with the service. Michael was on time, did a good job, and cleaned up afterwards. He gave us options for the service and explained what was going to be done. He is very pleasant to work with.

    Plumbing

    My mother Shirley, recently bought a small bachelor apartment. Little did we know, that while the renovated unit looked nice on the outside, on the inside it was a bit of a lemon! A few months after moving in, the bathroom vanity started leaking one morning. That night, the neighbour downstairs compounded the problem, saying there were water marks on her ceiling!! Being the worry wart that I am, we called a couple of plumbers to review the situation. The first left us with a cold feeling, but are we glad that we called Michael from Water Works. He certainly put my mind at ease, both about the damage to my mother's unit and the one below. From the initial consultation to the finished product, Michael took time, care and professionalism. He did a great job with replacing both the bathroom vanity and sink and toilet. We can now rest easy knowing that my mother's unit will not leak water, and we have a toilet that the company challenges us to plug! (Although we won't take them up on that!) All through the ordeal, Michael was warm and reassuring. He does professional work that will last. We are very pleased with Michael's service. As a bonus, he has a great sense of humour and will keep you laughing as well! Rosanna, whom I spoke with numerous times in booking Michael's services, was wonderful as well! Overall, you will not be disappointed with Water Works, they are one of the few personal and caring home services left out there! Very caring personnel can make all the difference in a stressful time. Thank you, everyone at Water Works!

    Fixing leaky pipes

    I've used Water Works Plumbing twice in two homes I've lived at. They are exceptionally friendly, fast and professional. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received.
