    Frozen rads and attached pipes

    Waterworks Plumbing were prompt, reliable and provided good quality work. Rads became frozen during winter season .Quick and concerned service saved us money: damage could have been much worse. Courteous and friendly... will definitely use again.

    We had a pipe burst which resulted in a flood

    I called water works plumbing because one of my rental properies had a leak. A pipe had busrt which resulted in flooding. Water works was there within 24 hrs to fix the problem.

    bathroom plumbing work

    Mike and his assistant were here the next day. After assesing the work to be done, followed through efficiently, courteously,and was very happy with the job provided. Would use them again....

    burst outside hose pipe

    with a burst pipe leading to my hose i managed to spray 40 feet into my neighbors kitchen. One call, and one hour later Michael arrived and had it repaired within an hour. fast, efficient and courteous service

    Dripping pipe at cartridge

    Michael showed up on short notice to fix the cartridge replacement that we had tried to fix ourselves.. Within minutes, Michael had a diagnosis of the problem, the right parts in his truck and the joint properly sealed, as well as tightened up various other loose fittings around the bathroom, just in passing! Thank you again.

    Replaced valve

    Water Works was fast and very accommodating. Mike had a service representative at our house within an hour of my initial call. When I had some questions regarding the services Mike was able to work out a deal that was both reasonable and fair. The service representative (sorry I have forgotten your name) was friendly and capable. Thanks Water Works!

    replacement of supply pipes

    Michael from Water Works was very quick to return my call and set up an appointment very quickly even though it was a small job. Arrived on time and completed the work very quickly and without mess. It was a pleasure to deal with Water Works. Highly recommended.

    Ongoing Toilet Problem

    While Michael & Shlomi did good work installing a new toilet -- I had hoped they would attempt to repair the existing one which needed some plunging off and on. What I have problem with is their price. Granted a new toilet of repute they had on their truck is not cheap, I still found the ultimate price of close to $1200.00 quite steep. The reason I would not recommend them to my friends and neighbours is once again the price!! I asked for another quote namely to install a small laundry tub (tub and faucet provided by me) for which they quoted $650.00 before taxes. They may be good workers but not in my price range. Also, while I don't mind to write a review for good work done which I would have done, I was appalled by their numerous e-mail reminders to just sanction their star-rated pre-filled-in review. In the end I am taking up their offer to write this review and hope that they will be honest enough to post it to give credibility to their review site. This is not done out of spite, I have nothing against them personally, but if they want a review I have to be honest... Respectfully, Marietta in the Annex (Toronto)

You were very pleased at the time I provided you with an upfront price to fix your problem. As you can see, we have 100+ reviews from happy customers. We crunch our numbers very carefully in the office and determine our selling prices for various jobs in our price book. We have to take into account our overhead costs ie insurance,trucks,fuel, maintenance,uniforms,advertising,cell phones,office personnel,etc. I'm truly sorry you were not satisfied. I would be glad to recommend someone else in the future to help you with your plumbing needs.

    Fixed shower leak

    The shower was leaking from the second floor to the main floor and shorted out the smoke detector and caused damage to the ceiling. I called Waterworks frist thing next morning and they were here within a few hours, located the leak with mininal damage to walls and replaced old faucets and showerheads. All done quickly and with a smile

    Outside Faucett repair

    Michael arrived on time and repaired our tap quickly and professionally. We were pleased with the service provided and would gladly recommend Water Works. Thanks for doing a great job.
