I'm shocked about your review. When I asked you how our service was out of 10, you did say '10'.You also said you would share that on Homestars. You were very pleased at the time I provided you with an upfront price to fix your problem. As you can see, we have 100+ reviews from happy customers. We crunch our numbers very carefully in the office and determine our selling prices for various jobs in our price book. We have to take into account our overhead costs ie insurance,trucks,fuel, maintenance,uniforms,advertising,cell phones,office personnel,etc. I'm truly sorry you were not satisfied. I would be glad to recommend someone else in the future to help you with your plumbing needs.
