    Fast, Professional Service

    Our sink drain was complete blocked, and after opening the pipe and trying snake the drain ourselves to no avail, we decided to call the professionals. Natasha was great and able to arrange for a quote on the same day. Even thought they arrange on the same day they were still able to work around my schedule. Aaron come and take a look of the situation and able to give us a quote right away. We decide to have the work done right then and he was able to fix the blockage within 25 mins. The work was done fast and professionally. I am very satisfy with their work.

    Great service and fast resolution of leaking pipe issue

    Aaron from Water Works was excellent! We had a leaking pipe behind the wall in our basement bathroom and he was quickly able to identify the issue, was clear about the work required to address it, and completed the repair on the spot. He took care when completing the repairs and also provided an inspection of all the other plumbing in our home. I highly recommend Aaron and the team at Water Works.

    Extremely Professional and Helpful

    5 Star professional,polite, Highly recommended!

    5 Star professional,polite,knowledgeable company that really know there stuff! Highly recommended! Removed garburator, replaced all pipes under double sink,repaired faucet.Explained all choices and pricing beforehand, clearly and without pressure of any kind. My go-to plumber from now on!

    Serious Plumbing Issues

    We recently moved into a new property and it became apparent right away that the renovations we fell for were done COMPLETELY wrong. Aaron just left my home and I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders! He reviewed everything with me, showed me what was done wrong and did thorough testing to ensure all leaks were gone after the repair. He is clearly very smart and knows what he is talking about. He was also super nice which was an added benefit :) If I ever needed help again I would call them in a heartbeat! The communication from start to finish with their reception was equally excellent!

    Valves and washing machine hoses replaced

    Both the shut off valves for our washing machine were leaking. Aaron came on time and replaced the valves as well as the water hoses to the washing machine which had been in use for some years. His work was neat and we were completely satisfied with the job.

    Amazing technician, brutal prices

    Aaron is a smart young guy with a lot of professionalism. He was on time, knowledgeable and happy to help. Waterworks plumbing prices are based on set descriptions. ie. "Drain repair" would go for xxx at any house. The system makes it easy for technicians to price a job, but doesn't give them the flexibility to reduce the price if the job is either easier or harder than normal. I paid $700 for what was less than a 2 hour job. The beauty of it was that it was done right away. Aaron was extremely helpful and I would say went above and beyond. If I was waterworks plumbing I would give him a raise! Cheers

    Slow drain

    Well, that was embarrassing. I had a very slow drain in our bathtub. No amount of draino would clear it. A side problem was that I couldn’t figure out how to remove the plug. (A fairly new install). Aaron arrived on time, quickly unscrewed the plug (hmmmm....I didn’t try that....sigh....). There was a tiny piece of paper/tissue blocking the drain at the very top. He tried very hard not to have me feel embarrassed but I still am! Great people to deal with...and I will call again if I ever have a real plumbing problem! Thank you!

    Good Ethics

    I called them because my kitchen faucet was leaking, he repaired in less than a minute by tightening the tip. I would say I am very happy about the fact that he was ethical and honest and did not charge me a fortune. I wish he had given me a discout of some sort given the fact that the job took so little effort. Overall a great company.

    Leaky faucet
