    Leaking bathroom faucets

    I called WaterWorks last week and arranged an appointment for a plumber to come and fix a leaking bathroom faucet. My phone call was answered almost immediately (which I was very pleasantly surprised by, since most other contractors usually have an answering machine only to take calls). Michael and Vaz arrived upon the agreed time, evaluated the leak and were able to fix it very quickly and both of them were very professional and courteous. Michael also provided advice on general maintenance so that I don't have faucet leaks in the future. Randa, the person who took my call, called both before and after the appointment to ensure that everything went smoothly. Overall, I was very happy with the work done and I highly recommend WaterWorks!

    Plumbing

    The service engineer arrived on time, pleasant attitude and go the job done first time. I would use Water Works again for other work. The coordinator Randa was very helpful and proactive.

    Clogged toilet and broken kitchen faucet

    This company is absolutely fantastic from beginning to end! Reception did an amazing job of keeping me informed about the plumber's arrival time. Thanks so much for your updates and courtesy. That kind of customer service is a refreshing change in this day and age! Larry the plumber also did a wonderful job. He was very professional, explained the work in advance and told me exactly what it would cost. He did a great job and cleaned up well afterwards. I am extremely happy and would highly recommend this company to others.

    Clogged Sink

    I had a bathroom sink that consistently clogged every 3-4 months, so I finally decided to have a plumber come and look at it. Michael came and fixed it in 10 minutes! It was a problem with the stopper. He didn't pressure me to have any other work done, he was friendly and professional, and he charged me a very reasonable fee. He also gave me some tips on how to prevent clogging in the future. Overall, a great experience!

    Blocked pipe and drain

    This work was originally done a few years ago. However, I wanted to state that the work was done to a tee, the professional who made the repair was punctual and very presentable. The most impressive aspect of this company is the way in which you are treated as a customer. EXCEPTIONAL!! From intake of the job to discussion with the owner Michael Yuffa, I just wish all companies would adopt a similar attitude and conduct themselves half as well as these guys. This is a company you can trust, respect and feel confident.

    Toilet repair/parts replacement

    This is my fourth time using WaterWorks and my experience with them continues to be great. Michael and Randa are always professional to deal with and available when I need them. Highly recommended plumbers if you need one!

    Kitchen sink clog and pipe work

    After a couple bottles of Liquid Plumber didn't do the trick, we new that our clogged kitchen sink needed a professional. We chose Waterworks Plumbing because they had such a great rating on Homestars. They were able to do same day service (on a Saturday) at no extra cost. Larry was great. He arrived on time and was very good about explaining the issue and the costs. He had a binder showing the prices of all the work they do, so you know that he isn't just making up the price on the spot. 2 hours later, the job is done, the sink and dishwasher are working great, and I couldn't be happier.

    Drain inspections was quite thorough and complete.

    Michael came and was quite knowledgeable and very pleasant. In a very short time he explained the problem that was existing. I was given several alternatives to correct my problem from the most economical stop gap solution to a very reasonably permanent solution. There was absolutely no pressure sales involved that I found quite refreshing. Overall I was very pleased with the representative and there recommendations and will be using there services in the future.

    Bathtub Drain Cleaning

    Both of our bathtubs were completely clogged, and the water wasn't going down properly. We called WaterWorks plumbing (whom we've used before) and they were able to send someone the next morning! Audley, our plumbing specialist, was able to resolve our problem and was very honest, professional and friendly. He gave our problem his thorough attention ensuring it was completely clean. Would recommend them again.

    Shower fixtures repaired

    Micheal from WaterWorks showed up promptly the day after I contacted them. He assessed the job and after acquiring the correct parts returned with his assistant and fixed it all up. Micheal explained everything about the job and gave me options as to how to proceed. The service was courteous and fast. Hell, Micheal even took the time to politely show me how to turn off my water! The next thing I knew the job was done. Twilight Zone! It only took 15 mins. And it all looked good, worked way better than I am used to. Thanks WaterWorks!
