    Various plumbing issues

    Michael provided excellent advise and service when we had some plumbing issues in our house. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and very thorough in his work. His prices are reasonable as well.

    Finding and fixing a leak

    Michael at WaterWorks responded to our call promptly and quickly identified the potential leak sources in our bathtub/shower that was leaking through our kitchen ceiling. Michael provided recommendations and clear service quotes. With some further investigation he was able to pinpoint the leak which was the result of a faulty initial installation and was able to fix the problem same day. Micheal was a true professional and a pleasure to have in our home. We will certainly call Michael and Waterworks again for future service. Thanks, Steve and Kirsten

    Urinal flush valve

    Booked a consultation on the premises. Replacing a urinal flush valve. The technician reviewed our situation looked up in a flat rate book and quoted an, to our mind, excessive figure of $ 988.61. (The part cost less than $ 200 and took less than one hour to install by ourselves.) The technician reviewed another problem, for which he took all the details, but to date he never came back with a quote.

    Faucet replacement in tub - very old building, with very old plumbing!

    The company provides exceptional customer service. From the receptionist Natasha, to being notified by email with a photo of the plumber assigned to so the job, to the plumber himself, Michael, we could not be more satisfied! He also took care of a few "handyman" tasks for us, for which we are very grateful!

    Bidet faucet repair

    I used water works last year when it was winter.I could rely on them. Some other company apparently fixed it 3 years ago it was missing the new parts. I watched Michael put in all brand new cartridges and seals.Definitley he's the expert from his work. He also winterized my outdoor faucet .

    Replace Mixing Valve

    After installation of a new rental hot water heater I found out that I had NO hot water. The installers came back & said call a plumber as the heater was working fine. I called an old number in my book & Waterworks answered. They sent out Larry the next day & he fixed the problem as well as educating me on this system. Thanks Larry. Both Larry & Natasha are very professional in their fields & I will call Waterworks again in a split second & recommend them to friends. C. Mark ....Mississauga

    Replace Shower faucet with temperature control, also worked on kitchen sink

    I was very pleased that Michael helped us to resolve an issue in our daughters shower - fluctuating temperatures. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant and helped us assess the problem in our garage ceiling as well.

    Toilet drainage fix

    This is the second time Larry has come to our place for plumbing work, and it was great to see him again! He's very friendly and straightforward with the work that needs to be done. He was very good at explaining the job before he started, as well as any potential additional expenses should the problem have been worse than initially seen. I also appreciate the courtesy call from the office beforehand to let me know of his visit - greatly appreciated!

    Clogged laundry tub drain

    Contacted The Water Works for a plumbing issue. I didn't like the fact that there was a $40 fee just for a plumber to come out but it was an emergency. Larry came out and worked at trying to unclog the drain. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He also gave me good advice regarding plumbing, pipes, etc. Would recommend and use them again.

    Installation of Bathroom Vanity

    Called on a Thursday and had my beautiful bathroom vanity installed 3 business days later. The booking agent was friendly. Larry was polite and professional. He walked me through what was required and why. He kept me in the loop when he needed to head out to the truck for more supplies and even wore little booties to protect my floors. Diane C
