    leaky kitchen faucet

    Had a old 20 plus year leaky kitchen faucet. Larry came to replace the cartridge. He explained the job, showed the pricing and options. Professional and efficient. What was also great was the email confirmation of the appointment beforehand with a photo of Larry and what to expect. Also got a call that he was on his way and a immediate followup call after the job was done. Couldn't ask for better service.

    Drain camera inspection and general plumbing inspection

    We moved in to a new house and we wanted to get the plumbing inspected, including a camera inspection of the main drain. I got an appointment for the next day. Michael came and did a great job. He carefully explained everything to me and had me watch camera display during the inspection. He checked out all the little leaks and tuned the toilets. He told me that the main water supply to the house was a lead pipe and that I should get my water tested for lead. Until then, I should be drinking only bottled water. Good to know!

    plugged drain and various repais

    Fabulous and `fast serviceI called last nite and showed up at 8am on the button.I had a plugged kitchen drain and a few other little things to fix.I also bought a product called `bio-clean to get rid of the smells in the sink. I was very pleased and would call them for service when needed again.

    Toilet tank rebuild

    I called WaterWorks to help with a toilet problem and they were able to send someone within the hour. Mike was very knowledgeable and friendly and was able to quickly explain the problem and how to fix it. I was impressed that they had a standard price list for everything. The job was finished very quickly. I would highly recommend WaterWorks to anyone for their quick and friendly service.

    Fixing parts inside toilet tanks

    Needed the inside of the toilet tank fixed quickly. Water Works folks were very helpful from Natasha who made the appointment to Michael who came to fix the problem. Michael was very prompt and courteous., He described what the issue was, what was needed to fix the issue and then quoted the fee up front (if you end up going with them the initial quote is waived and you pay for what the service costs. He described what he was doing and common mistakes that are made in fixing (which I would have made if I had done it myself). Great overall experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for plumbing expertise.

    kitchen plumbing runnung very slow

    ryan comes from the essna street store....he was very nice to deal with. he solved the problem quickly and the most inexpensive way possible! he was so courteous and knowlegable. i hope he comes back. i'd also like to compliment the nice girl on the phone.. roseta..she also was exellent and a pleasure to deal with. because she called me my sink drain is now running properly! go figure! i highly reccomend waterworks and ryan and roseta !!!!!!!!!!

    Replacing Thermostatic Mixing Valve

    We had a leak on the mixing valve and a malfunctioning water heater/furance. Micheal came in very soon, very friendly. I like how the price for every job was very clearly listed in the big book, so I don't have to worry about someone just randomly making up a price. The job was pretty straightforward. Although the mixing valve didn't solve our problem with the water heater, Micheal helped us to figure out there might also be a leak in the water heater itself and spoke to the contractor servicing the water heater (a rental unit) for us. The mixing valve had been malfunctioning, so it needed to be replaced regardless, and it was a job not covered by water heater rental. It was very nice of him to offer lending us some electrical heater from his office because we had no heat in the house for many hours already and didn't know when we would finally get our water heater replaced.

    Leaky kitchen faucet

    Great service from Waterworks! I had a leaky faucet and water was everywhere. I called them up and they were here in less than an hour. Ryan was really great and very helpful. He suggested we replace the faucet as fixing would just cause the same problem within a year. He even checked all the other rooms to ensure no issues there. I will definitely call them again. Great job guys!

    Dishwasher installation

    This was a straightforward job, needed a copper pipe cut and flexible steel hose put in, in addition to the basic dishwasher connection and installation. Upfront appointment was simple, arrival time perfect. Michael was clear and upfront on fees. Work was excellent and exactly to quote. Much appreciated. Also good follow up check from the office.

    Water Faucet Leaking

    Very professional and courteous from start to finish. Natasha, who booked the appointment, and Ryan who came to do the work were excellent. Ryan especially surprised me, when, after presenting two options for my repairs, one rather expensive and one much more reasonable, managed to get the job done at the more reasonable price. Very refreshing. We have a food business with 5 commercial sinks and I've always felt ripped off by plumbing repairs. Not this time. I would certainly recommend Water Works and will use them the next time I need plumbing repairs.
