    repair kitchen faucet

    Michael came, same day of call, to repair my broken kitchen faucet. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He assessed the problem with my faucet and discussed options with me and when he had completed his work the faucet worked better than it ever had. We are completely satisfied with the work done by Michael. Thanks Michael very much, you are a true gentleman and we won't hesitate to recommend WaterWorks to anyone.

    Replacing kitchen faucet

    Larry came right after we placed a call early in the morning and quickly replaced our kitchen faucet, replacing old connections and installing the new one. Before he started he showed me a table with the standard prices for the service to be rendered and only started working after I agreed to his estimate. His work was very good and I'd definitely use his services again in the future. One small recommendation I'd have would be for the person who takes up the calls to have a copy of this table of common services, so that she could give a ballpark estimate of the service on the phone, before the plumber comes to the house (I understand sometimes estimates may vary if the situation is more complicated than normal, etc, but just knowing beforehand what to expect can be very helpful).

    blocked drain

    My experience with Waterworks Plumbing and Drains was absolutely amazing-I dealt with the owner, Michael Yuffa, who is extremely professional and thorough. I found him to be very helpful and honest. I would only call Waterworks! I am a real estate agent with Forest Hill Real Estate www.caricogan.com and I will also advise my clients that when building a new home or doing a major renovation, Michael Yuffa will come and inspect the plumbing before drywall is completed. This could be very beneficial to prevent problems for the future. Thank you Waterworks for your always efficient work!!

    Water temperature issue

    We'e used WaterWorks in the past, so it was an easy decision to contact them when we had a problem with the our water temperature. It turned out to be a common problem, but we really appreciated Michael's prompt, professional service. He came out within an hour of my call and, true to his word, he had the problem fixed shortly thereafter. They will always be our first call.

    Bathroom Project

    I barely have time at home, and I had this project in my basement waiting for atleast 3 months. I saw their colourful truck on an intersection, and took down their number to call in. They were flexible with timings and had setup a time perfect for me. Overall, they did a great job completing the job, it was done in a quick and punctual manner. I definately recommend them to all those who are looking for a plumbing contractor.

    Plugged drain

    I had a drain that was plugged. No matter what I did I couldn't clear it on my own. WaterWorks came out, gave me a clear quote and was able to clear the drain. Very helpful and courteous. This was our second time using WaterWorks after using some other companies. We will definitely be using them again should the need arise.

    Leaky pipe in wall

    Thank you very much Water works for the great service I receive. Everything from the phone call to the office to the completion of the work was superb.The plumber showed up right at 8:15am and found the problem in a jiffy, He quoted me an upfront price and it never went up. He also give me some great tips regarding my washing machine hoses and open drain which I have to seal. Thank you very much Diane from Scarborough.

    blocked lines.

    our shower had been giving trouble for the longest time and after going through couple of people and not being satisfied we were happy to have found the perfect solution. the service was prompt cost effective and very reasonable rate compared to earlier quotes that i received.

    Plumbing

    Every element of using WaterWorks Plumbing was smooth and professional, right from our initial contact right through to the completed job. The plumber (Nathan) was courteous, pleasant and efficient. He quickly ascertained the problem and was able to fix it on the spot. He was conscientious and respectful in keeping the kitchen area clean and tidy while he worked and it was great service all round. Having previously had difficulty finding good tradespeople, this was a pleasant surprise and very much appreciated, we would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who requires plumbing services.

    Service Call
