    Winterization and kitchen faucet repair

    Since I have been back from the United States we have found Waterworks. They are our go to source for all plumbing related needs whether it be a quick fix or preparing our home for the winter season. Our calls are responded to with efficiency and politeness. It has been a great experience to date and we are comfortable to call with all our needs. Today was the perfect example!! Jen

    Change toilet and inspection

    My experience with this company was pretty good. They were very professional when they came, and was able to get the job done promptly in a very reasonable about of time. I asked questions about my toilet and they answered each one to my understanding. I didn't feel like I overpaid, and I will definitely recommend them to others.

    Running toilet, sewage smell in basement

    Again, my experience with WaterWorks was very good. The service people are all very professional. The work is done in a timely manner and they always take you through what they see as the problem and how they will fix it. I have never felt like they are ripping me off. They also have an amazing call centre that calls before and after all service is done. I would highly recommend them and will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.

    Toilet bolt replacments

    Raju showed up on time, completed the work quickly and left the area very clean. Setting up the appointment was very easy with quick turn around. All around a very professional job.

    fridge water pipe and shower tap

    The works are excellent. Josh is a very nice guy, polite and professional. He did all very skillfully and also make sure the works are carefully done. Nice jobs. By the way, the floor was cleaned too after the works. I definetely likely to call him back in the future.

    Clogged drain

    We have an older home which had a clogged bathtub drain. Being an older tub it has a very small drain and overflow so a snake cannot get through. Another plumber I called wanted to rip open my main floor ceiling to access the problem so thankfully I tried another plumber by calling WaterWorks. Raju came from WaterWorks and found a way to access the clog from an old and now unused laundry drain. Everything is now working great and I didn't have to deal with the mess of going through my ceiling!

    Toilet replacement

    Definitely Josh is highly recommended! He was amazing and professional! Great customer service, Very efficient and reliable service and knowledge. He went beyond the call of duty and was on time.

    Install kitchen faucet and shut off valve

    We found Waterworks Canada online and liked their website so we called them. They said someone would come between 3 and 5 PM on the same day and to our surprise we received a call around 1 PM and were advised someone would be here at 2PM. Craig showed up exactly on time and immediately provided us with options and the advantages in doing business with Waterworks Canada. We found the prices a bit too high but we also realized that the job would require more time due to the age of the plumbing and what he said about his company was definetely positive so we agreed to have him do the job. When he started the job, the hot water valve would not close , so we needed to shut off the main valve but since we live in a condo that would have to be done on an other day. Craig remained cool and collected whilst we tried to co-ordinate with the condo managment a date and time to continue with the job. It was decided to return two days later . Craig again was punctual but unfortunately when he arrived the main valve for the condo was still not shut off. It took more than an hour after Craig arrived for the valve to be shut off. Craig never lost is cool and when he was able to continue he did so with speed and efficiency. Thank you Craig for your assistance. Joe and Lynn

    hook up sink, faucet and cleared drain

    Our new kitchen that was renovated by the previous owner/contractor was poorly installed, from the faucet to the drainage system. Craig was fantastic he came out and installed my new kitchen faucet and repaired my drain. You can really count on this company to back up their workmanship because the drain was not properly flowing and they came back and snaked the drain at no charge. They came out in the evening when it was convenient for us. They really care about their clients and their needs. I was originally going to rate them a 9, but because they are so conscientious I would love to give them an 11 out of 10 (LOL)thank you very much to everyone at water works

    Blocked Sink

    Josh Griffin was prompt, courteous and extremely professional and helpful. I would certainly recommend Josh and this company to anyone needing plumbing repairs. The cost of the repair was very reasonable
