Ethan did a fantastic job! He was very professional and solved all the issues with the soft blockage in the main drain, as well as cleaning the backwater valve. I can’t thank Ethan enough for taking the time to explain all the issues. I am very happy with all of the work that was done!

Install or repair faucets: Repair faucets; 1 faucet

Job went extremely well. They contacted me by phone not long after I posted the job. I was so impressed by their professionalism and courtesy that I hired them right away. Alijah came the next day and explained that the faucet, attached to a frost-free pipe, would have to be replaced from inside the basement ceiling, which was covered with drywall. He came back the next day (this morning) with the parts he needed and finished the job quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. The cost, for the work done, seemed reasonable and I would have no hesitation in recommending Waterworks to others.

Install or repair bathroom fixtures: Repair; Toilet

WaterWorks got in touch with me quickly and scheduled a visit. Before the plumber came the company sent an introduction by email and text with his name, picture, and professional background. I liked that very much. The work was done well and promptly. I'm very satisfied with the results.

    Answer from pro:

Thank you for the great compliments. It is our pleasure to take care of your problems right away. Your business is appreciated.
