    WaterWorks got in touch with me quickly and scheduled a visit. Before the plumber came the company sent an introduction by email and text with his name, picture, and professional background. I liked that very much. The work was done well and promptly. I'm very satisfied with the results.

    Excellent customer service. Very prompt and professional. Unfortunately the estimate was over the top so I did not give them the job.

    Repair toilet or toilet flush: The toilet bowl twists.
    Ethan took his time to explain what needed to be done and offer solutions for anchor our toilet. Everything was left clean.

    Repair shower or bath: Shower; Leakage / water damaged
    Waterworks Plumbing & Drains was very responsive and communicated well throughout the replacement of a bathroom shower drain that was leaking into our dining room. Would recommend this company and Alijah for your plumbing fixes.

    Happy with the service. However, plumbing service seems to have gotten extremely expensive.
