    peak & flat roof with down spouts

    Ben was very involved from the outset and responsive to all our questions. He took great care in expalining all work and costs involved in the project. Ben's even agreed to help repair a down spout should it need it after some masonry work currently being done. The work looks great and would highly recommend Luc's Roofing to anyone. S.Greco & W.     Shingles of main roof and bay window

    I wanted to thank Luc's Roofing for our new roof! We certainly would give Luc's Roofing a 5 out of 5 for customer satisfaction and likelihood of recommending there work to others. We chose Luc's Roofing on the basis of other positive ratings on there website and especially since others had mentioned the care taken with garden plants. We were delighted with the work, as it was done promptly and very quickly (1 1/2 days), did not damage the garden, the cleanup each day and at the end was very thorough, and the new roof looks great! We especially enjoyed working with Ben and appreciate his pleasant manner, communication skills, and willingness to track down the matching flashing and caulking colour for us.

    Shingle work on the front and back of house.

    IT HAS BEEN A PLEASURE WORKING WITH BEN AND THE OTHERS AT LUC'S ROOFING. HE IS RELIABLE, PROFESSIONAL, AND VERY NICE. THE WORKERS WERE RESPECTFUL AND TIDY. THE JOB WAS ENTIRELY PAINLESS. I RECOMMEND THEM HEARTILY.

    Roofing

    I had Luc’s Roofing do an inspection of a flat roof that had been replaced by another roofer, Canadian Roof Masters, and had been leaking badly ever since (Canadian Roof Masters had been back but were unable to locate the problem). Luc’s Roofing found the problem right away – a hole at the join with the neighbor’s roof. They gave me advice of how to repair the hole, which was ultimately successful. They were friendly, knowledgeable and polite, and did not charge me anything at all. Armed with this new knowledge, I called Canadian Roof Masters back who spent 10 min filling the hole then charged me $150 for the privilege even though the roof had a 20-year warranty!

    New shingles on house roof

    I'm in the trades myself and generally have a low opinion of roofers. Typically messy, loud, ill mannered ...and it usually takes 4 roofers to make a full set of teeth - so Luc's roofing was a welcome surprise. Their equipment was in good shape and their vehicles were smart and modern (that's a very good indicator, by the way, that you are dealing with a competent contractor). The quote was comprehensive and gave me what was needed unambiguously. The work was done fast and cleanly with no collateral destruction or "oops sorry about that" and there were no unexpected "extras"...and both Luc and Ben, his son, took care to personally ensure the work was done properly and to our mutual satisfaction. I even learned a few things about roofs! It was a pleasure dealing with such professionals and I highly recommend them. The quality is high and the price fair.

    Roof

    I am so impressed with these guys. Had my roof done last summer and it was so fast and well done. They cleaned up everything and were very professional and easy to talk to.

    roofing services

    Luc and his terrific crew replaced the peak and flat roofs on my Victorian house, plus the roof of a difficult shed as well as eavestroughing approximately 3 years ago. The job was done quickly and efficiently by a first-class crew who left no debris after completion. When a couple of shingles were blown off by extremely high winds Luc sent a crew to replace them right away. Recently I had an issue with a neighbour whose roof was causing a leak on our common wall, and Luc's son, Ben, attended to coach the neighbour on how to properly repair his roof. Ben did not have to do that, but that's the kind of company Luc's Roofing is. Ben helped and relieved me immensely.

    Shingle replacement with 2 skylights.

    Not the cheapest but worth the money. On time, professional, site was clean at end of day. Felt comfortable dealing with Ben. He checked every 2 days make make sure things were satisfactory. Great Job!

    roofing project

    I've had a great experience with luc's roofing, the crew came and did a great job without a hitch! They gave me a really reasonable quote, then got to work and tore up our roof and installed a brand spanking new one. I know this will save us a lot of money in the years to come!

    Replacement of Roof

    We had asked Ben to come by to take a look at a leak in our roof that happened in the summer. Ben came by right away and went onto our roof and diagnosed the problem - he also cleaned up the mess that was on our roof - that really impressed me, because I hadn't even told him we would hire them at that point. We did hire them and his team did such a professional job on our roof - there was one night where there was a risk of a hurricane, and his team came back late just to cover up the roof properly (because they were only 1/2 way through their job) - that was very impressive! One of the most impressive things was how well they cleaned up afterward - wow, I think our driveway and back deck had never looked so clean. I would recommend this company to anyone.
