    Amazing service !

    I found Vahn through his website and decided to seek his services. I was very impressed how thorough Vahn was. Very nice person and was able to communicate well. He even went up to the roof to do an inspection and pointed out a lot of things I would have never knew or guessed. After the inspection was over, he was able to provide an extremely detailed report on the same day ! Equally impressive was the fact that even after the inspection, he is available for any questions or concerns that you may have and will have for as long as you own the home -> Now who provides such amazing service ???? I would HIGHLY recommend Vahn, if you want to truly have an amazing home inspection experience.

    Very friendly and excellent inspection report

    Vahn showed up on time& spent lots of time on the property and found lots of issues that i would have never thought of.Very experienced and also provided me with an excellent report. Highly recommended.

    Home Inspection

    The quality and value of service provided by Vahn was nothing short of exceptional. He took his time to answer any questions that we had and provided the information and peace of mind we were looking for as first-time homeowners. We were not rushed and felt comfortable throughout the entire process. He looked out for our best interest in an unbiased manner. We will definitely be referring Vahn and the team at the Solex Group to all of our friends and family members in the future!

    House Inspection

    Vahn is super nice and professional throughout the home inspection process. He is very knowledgeable and patient in answering our questions. He brought the stairs and climbed to the roof to check for all the details. His report was extremely detail and organized. He tired to explain everything in common language to us. Trust me, if you need someone for home inspection, Vahn from the Solex Group is the one you definitely should consider.

    Inspection

    My husband and I purchased our first detached home and we were not sure what to expect from the home inspection. Vahn was very helpful in answering all of our questions and guiding us through the process. He did a very thorough analysis of the home and even took pictures to further elaborate on his findings. He put a lot of effort into his work and I can have peace of mind that our new home is safe and in good condition. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

    Home Inspection

    I am a first time home buyer and was worried about the unknowns which may jump at me if I dont go through proper home inspection. I got in touch with Vahn and requested him for his help. He methodically explained me the process of home inspection, contract details and charges. I was so relaxed after knowing the whole process and was confident there are no hidden charges. My home was conditionally sold so I had act fast to meet all conditions - I explained my situation to Vahn and he agreed to expedite the appointment date. The home inspection was such a great learning experience for me - he made sure that I understand nuts and bolts of my home and he patiently answered all my queries. He is so meticulous in his inspection approach that he does not leave anything on assumption for e.g. we were not sure about one of the bathroom exhaust outlet and he made sure that we are able to trace the duct after rigorous inspection so to guide me with any safety hazard associated with that duct. While signing up I was not sure about including thermal imaging in the package but thanks to those images we were able to understand different heat and cold pattern in the home. In the end, he gave me an insightful report and a summary which I will use as a guide and refer it for my future repairs in my home. All I can say, I have no doubts to re-hire him for my next purchase in future. Thanks Vahn for making the home inspection experience so insightful

    First time Home Buyer - Home Inspection (extended)

    After over a year of searching for our first home, we found it in a 40 year old side split with so much potential. We also did the smart thing and hired a home inspector and thank god we did! Vahn showed up earlier than expected and even started his inspection pro-actively! He was extremely friendly, approachable knowledgable and professional! If it wasn't for him and Solex Group, we would never had found out we needed a new roof, had various leaks and even minor electrical problems. Because of his great work, we were able to renogicate an amazing 25k under listing price! He was so thorough and even worked past his scheduled times to accommodate our busy schedules. My family and I would highly recommend Vahn's services to everyone possible!

    Home Inspection

    I'm a first time home buyer and booked Vahn booked for a home inspection in August 2017. From the very beginning, Vahn was polite, courteous, and took the time to answer all my questions, no matter how inane it might be, in a clear and easy to understand manner. During the home inspection, Vahn was very detail oriented and took the time to follow up on any specific areas of inspection I had to help assuage any concerns. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Vahn and would not hesitate to recommend or to re-book Vahn for any home inspection services in the future.
