For those of you looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and thorough home inspector, look no further than Solex Group. Vahn arrived as promised and walked me through the home step by step-basically a master class in home building. His inspection was incredibly detailed and the report you get at the end is amazing. I purchased my first home witbout a home inspection, and could not sleep well living there as so many worst case scenarios kept prompting my overactive mind at night. I contacted Vahn Balabanian for a home inspection and he made himself available for me within 48 hours. When Vahn attended my home for inspection, he was friendly, personable, and an overall joy to go through all my concerns and point out things I would have never noticed. His final report was thorough, detailed, informative and gave many useful recommendations to help me get started on resolving the issues that mattered the most. Vahn did a great job on home pre-purchase buyers inspection. He went through every detail with me and gave me plenty information and tips during inspection. He spent 3 hours for inspection and found out few issues which I couldn't find out before those problems arise. So I could negotiated with seller and settled with $20K from the seller.
