    Home inspection

    Vahn is very professional and patient with us as we had very little knowledge of house. The inspection was very thorough and he explained everything in great detail. He also provided us a consolidated inspection report for us to review. We are very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend Solex.

    House Inspection

    Vahn was beyond helpful. This is my first time owning a house. Vahn was able to do my home inspection within an hour's notice. He was so thorough and explained everything in laymen's terms so that I can understand, while also being respectful and very friendly. He uncovered a significant plumbing issue that the current home owners weren't aware of, so I'm thankful for that. I would highly recommend Vahn from Solex Group to anyone!

    Home Inspection

    As an Real Estate Investor, I've dealt with few different home inspectors in my recent years and can say without a doubt that Vahn from Solex Group is by far the most knowledgeable inspector I've worked with. He was very informative through out the whole inspection and his high level of professionalism and great attention to detail is unparalleled. Vahn's inspection on my property took over 4 hours to complete, compared to the usual couple of hours from other inspectors that I've used in the past. He won't miss a thing and you can bet on it ! I strongly recommend Solex Group to anyone who's looking for exceptional quality of service for a reasonable price. (Thank you Vahn, I'm looking forward to work with you again on my next project !)

    Extended Home inspection and Mould Sampling Test

    I had found Solex Group Professional Home Inspection through an online search and reading reviews. Vahn was punctual, responsive and patient in taking time to explain the different components of the home inspection, reviewing each floor and answering any questions we had. Thanks to his thorough inspection and report, we have been able to begin fixing all the different parts of the house that were not up to Code and/or were potential safety hazards. Vahn also identified a plumbing issue due to a toilet leak because he was able to smell the issue in the area (which surprisingly, none of us could). Thank you Vahn!!

    amazing inspection with great detail

    Van was very professional and took his time to walk through the entire house and explain the entire inspection. He also answered all of my questions and didn't leave until I felt fully satisfied.

    Extended Buyer Home Inspection and Air Quality

    Vahn is professional, punctual, responsive and honest. I hired his services for a buyers home inspection (Extended) in addition to Air Quality. I am very satisfied with his report which was produced same day. Vahn spent close to three hours inspecting and then explaining in details his findings as he was progressing.

    Pre-Purchase Inspection

    This was my first time getting a pre-purchase property inspection with the offer presentation date approaching soon. Vahn accommodated to my work schedule to visit the property at night and really walk me through the inspection. He was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and didn't hesitate to clarify anything I didn't quite understand at first. Because of the short timeline I was working with, he even delivered the report later that night (although I was told he had an inspection the next morning). Overall, I highly recommend Vahn for his expertise, professionalism and willingness to accommodate to his clients' needs.

    Home inspection (post move)

    Vahn provided an excellent home inspection that exceeded our expectations. The information and level of detail he provided was exactly what we were looking for as first time home owners.     Home inspection

    Vahn arrived on time and was ready to go as soon as I was at the property for a buyer's inspection. He encouraged me to tag along for the inspection and provided a lot of details, including suggestions that go beyond the formal inspection, DIY tips, and explanations about potential issues that I should look for in the future. As a first time house buyer, his explanations were very useful to me. He was professional and courteous throughout the experience. Couldn't have asked for more.
