    Home Inspection

    Prior to buying our new house we hired a home inspector from Solex. He was knowledgeable and had really great people skills he made sure to check everything in the house and my family and I appreciated that. Because it gave us a better understanding of what we were getting into. I recommend this company.

    Home Inspection

    My partner and I recently purchased our first home and contacted Vahn from Solex Group to do our home inspection. His reviews were overwhelmingly positive and he didn't disappoint. Vahn was punctual and very thorough in his work. It was clear he was extremely knowledgeable and it was easy to trust his perspective on things. He explained things very clearly which was helpful considering we didn't have much knowledge or experience to work from. He was also incredibly easy and comfortable to chat with which made the experience that much more pleasant. I would definitely recommend Vahn's services to anyone looking for a home inspection.

    Great service ever

    Vahn is the most detailed person I ever seen, really great service he provided, gave me a clear vision for my buying decisions and valuable advice. You won't regret to have him inspect your property. It's much worth than others! There was a gap left between the wall and the floor after baseboard installed, he refused to repair it and told me it will be disappeared when summer get hotter. It never did.

    Highly Recommended for Home Inspection

    Vahn conducted our new home inspection in a very professional manner. He was very very thorough and made sure we understood all the positive and negative observations that he made about our new home. He was very clear, helpful and unbiased. This helped us build our confidence in finalizing the purchase of our new property. We highly recommend Vahn to anyone who is looking to get their property inspected.

    Home inspection

    I hired Vahn for a home inspection and I was greatly satisfied. He is very knowledgeable and he will give you tons of free, unbiased and valuable advice on the property. The report he generated was comprehensive and full of details about how to improve and maintain the house. I would definitely recommend Solex Group to anyone.

    Home Inspection Pre-Construction Townhouse, Tarion covered

    Anyone buying a pre-construction home should have a professional home inspection in order to make sure your home is delivered to you from the builder in satisfactory condition. Solex did an excellent job for us. Vahn is very thorough and knowledgeable. Appointment easily made, quote was accurate. Vahn is very professional and explains the process and your home functioning very well. The detailed and user friendly report is completed by the next day and emailed to you. This will make dealing with the builder much easier and make sure important deficiencies are corrected. We highly recommend Solex for your home inspection.

    Home Inspection

    This Inspector is the best. Sorry I took so long to write this. Vhan was very professional and thorough. He knows what he is doing. Gave sound advice concerning a property we were interested in buying and what needs to be done immediately. He was so thorough that my real estate agent wanted him on her list of home inspectors - lol. Thanks Vhan

    Home Inspection

    My wife and I needed a home inspection done within a week. On day 1, we had booked Vahn for the following day. On day 2, he showed up and my wife found him extremely professional and thorough. On day 3, he provided us with a completed and thorough report that was exactly what we needed. He surpassed any and all expectations.

    Home inspection in Oakville

    Vahn is a very friendly and professional inspector who appears knowledgeable and capable (from our perspective as non-trades persons). He took his time with the inspection and reviewed all the issues with us as they came up and again summarized them after each level. We would definitely recommend him and would hire him again. (We chose the thermography option as well)

    Home inspection
