As others said, Myriam was great at arranging the quote and scheduling the service. very efficient and professional. The crew were reliable, meticulous, and the cost was reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending their services to anyone.

Great and punctual service from the time I asked for a quotation to the day the crew came to clean our eavestrough. The crew got to my place on time, did the cleaning without leaving a mess and recommended an additional for better water drainage. Would highly recommend Tip Top Trough.

Our gutters needed general maintenance and cleaning, and also an additional downspout needed to be added, as water was pooling in a window well and along the foundation. Myriam, at the main office, and Brock, on site, worked with me to ensure that the best solution was chosen among the different options available. They even jumped on a conference call with me to ensure that everything was clearly understood. Very professional service!

Pierce and his crew did an outstanding job of installing new eaves troughs, soffit and fascia, at my home. They scheduled the work to meet some tight deadlines that I had. The price was reasonable and the quality of materials was very high. When I needed some additional work done they recommended an excellent contractor and he also did a great job for me. I was very happy with Tip Top both for the work they did but the service standards they demonstrated. Not only did they provide a competitive quote, when I asked them if they could perform the service within a very tight timeframe they initially made no promises that they could do so...ultimately however they delivered and the heavy bag of refuse left on the curb was a testament to their efforts. I found Tip Top Trough on Homestars and decided to try them because they were so well reviewed. I am happy to say they didn't disappoint. Myriam was very professional and easy to communicate with and the workers that cleaned the troughs were pleasant and efficient. We'd be happy to use Tip top again!

Myriam and her team at Tip Top Trough are a pleasure to deal with. Myriam's emails are clear and concise. The installers are on time, pleasant, work quietly and efficiently. Everything is left neat and tidy. I would certainly recommend Tip Top Trough. (We had our eaves troughs cleaned and leaf guards installed.)

We hired Tip Top Trough to clean our Eavestrough. We had also hired them last year. The team was scheduled to show up Saturday afternoon and arrived around 5:00 pm and explained that some of their earlier jobs that day took longer than expected. I had expected them a bit earlier but was glad to hear that they took the time to do their earlier jobs properly. I was a bit worried that they might try to rush our job, but they took the time to do it properly. They cleaned the Eavestroughs pulling out around 4 paper bags of stuff, much of it maple tree keys. There is an area of our roof that is difficult to access to clean but one of the team climbed into the area to make sure that it was clean. We will be using them again and recommend them to others.

We received a detailed written quote by email in the promised time frame, so we knew exactly what service we were paying for. We don't know who did the actual cleaning as we weren't home but they came when they said they would and left the our property tidy and undamaged. They also left an inspection report detailing anything that needed repair. It is normally hard to comment on the quality of eavestrough cleaning as you can't see the work from the ground, but we had fairly heavy rain yesterday and the water drained away with none of the overflow we were experiencing prior to the cleaning. No more sparrows bathing in the eavestrough!
