    REPLACE A BOILER AND FURNACE

    Recently I replaced the boiler and furnace by the House Smart Home Improvements. they are performing the professional services from the beginning of the quotation to the end of the job. I appreciated their solid work and the knowledge. i will recommend this company to my friend.

    Windows

    We had 8 windows replaced in our 30 year-old house. Overall, we were impressed with the professionalism of the company during both the quote and installation. The windows look great! Unfortunately the workers did leave two half-empty energy drinks on our lawn (it was a hot day - I don't blame them...just wish they would have cleaned it up!). And I wasn't prepared for the amount of dust and fine particles that were left on our outside deck, patio furniture, bedding, carpets, etc.. If I had known about dust, I would have put blankets/towels down in our kids room instead of having to vacuum and clean it all up when we got home on a hot, muggy day. BUT overall, it's been 2 days and we love our new windows :). Workers were very accommodating and friendly. Thank you!!

    Replaced windows and Patio door

    We used House Smart to upgrade our windows and patio door and would highly recommend them! From our first meeting with Bryan who responded to every e mail and phone call, remained very patient with all of my questions, was very easy to deal with and was very informative. The team who installed the windows were efficient and did an awesome job! In addition the office staff was always helpful and also a pleasure to deal with. Out house now looks updated and the windows look incredible! Thank you to the amazing House Smart Team! Thank you for doing an incredible job!

    Vinyl siding

    I researched multiple quotes for residing the cedar on my house to vinyl. Out of seven companies I called that day, they were one of two to respond immediately. They started by under promising and over delivering when it came to appointments and project start. Their price quote was very competitive, within $12 of the next offer. Timeline was also good, but they were able to push my job up sooner. Job was done professionally. Within the promised timeframe from start to finish. A few scratches on the stucco and clean up was good as well.

    22 windows and a Patio door

    Overall the job was done adequately. The windows are very good and the installers were very professional and friendly. They left a few scratches and chips on window sills and outside moldings though. Looks like I will have to do a lot of touch ups. Overall I am happy with my new windows, but I did not expect to have to do all those touch ups.

    Windows Upgrade

    We were introduced to House Smart in an email promotion by a trusted business exchange. We called for a quote to upgrade four large front windows. Their rep came by shortly and left us a package of information. We then visited their Coquitlam showroom to look at actual samples. Prices seemed OK. We paid a deposit with the balance due on installation. A technician came by to do the final measurements. Windows arrived as scheduled. Their office set up an installation time. Their 3 person crew arrived on time with a fully equipped large installation truck. They were very professional. We now have attractive and functional updated windows. We have just placed a further order with House Smart to replace a worn sliding door to our indoor pool with a new installation matching our new windows. We feel our confidence will again be justified.

    Window Installation

    The sales rep, Mr. Glenn Miller, has remarkable presentation and the explanation provided about the products was excellent. The technician that carried out the installation did a fabulous job of dismounting the old windows and sliding door and installing the new ones respectfully. I will not hesitate to recommend to anyone who choosing to buy the product from Home Smart Home Products and Glen Miller as the products representative. The office manager, Grace, has been polite and informative in every shape and form of the structure for the work carried out. Grace is an excellent office manager; the company's heart and soul. Thank you.

    Full window replacement

    Old windows were replaced and new ones installed in one day as promised. Cost was as agreed upon with no surprises. Lot's of care taken with properly sealing the windows against water ingress. Appreciated the heavy-duty vinyl used for the window frames because it made the product feel very sturdy and reliable. All windows slid open and shut smoothly with no binding or resistance. Lower floor windows came with full features like automatic latching and keyed locking mechanisms as requested for security. Good job all around.
