    replace windows

    they arrive on time and finish in the time frame they announce on the estimate. they are very professional, they work fast and clean everything after there work. will recommended them.

    windows , door replacement

    It was a real pleasure working with House smart people.We were very nervous in the beginning as we did not have the best experience with other companies in the past. House smart staff is is very prompt, the works were done exactly the way that Greg and Ryan ( sales persons) told us, there was no change with the initial estimate they gave us. The installation people came on time, they were diligent and polite. They work real hard and they were done with the job even earlier then they said. They removed the old windows and the garbage and they left our house spotless. I also had a very good experience with Benita, who accommodated us with an early installation. She was very kind and empathetic and she even worked over time to help us with our questions. Thanks again for your good work

    window upgrade

    We used House Smart to upgrade our 9 windows and a patio door for a 35 year old house. This company wasn't the cheapest, but after reading lots of reviews and meeting with Glen, we decided to go with House Smart. They arrived on time, perfect installation, professional staff, lifetime guarantee! I was worried a bit in the beginning, but you don't need to be worried about anything! We would highly recommend them!

    Window replacement

    In 2017 we decided to have the windows on the front of our house replaced. The salesman at House Smart was very easy to deal with and made great recommendations. We even decided to replace the front and back door. The crew was excellent - they were polite, helpful, neat and tidy. They even took the old windows and doors away. We were so pleased with the service that this year (2019) we decided to have the windows on the front of the house replaced. We had the same great salesman who made perfect recommendations for our needs. The crew was excellent as well - you couldn't ask for a better experience. I really like the fact that you can call their office and talk to a real person rather than a machine. We love our new windows - they are brighter, easy to open and even block out a lot of the outside noise. We would highly recommend House Smart to anyone for home improvements

    door, this time

    This is the second project we have completed with your company. Very satisfied. Has a warranty repair done on the previous project that was also handled very professionally. Very professional staff.

    removed old windows, and replaced with new windows and slider

    We needed new windows, old windows were 30 years old. They met and beat all other competitors prices . The sales person was very knowledgeable, and the installers did a great job.

    Windows, sliding glass door and front door replacement

    AWESOME company to deal with, was quoted a time that the workers were going to be at my house..dud a FABULOUS job,couldn't of been happier with the job..I was recommended from another person in my townhouse complex that used this company as well

    Windows

    Everything was very good. Courteous installers and salesman. Good follow up with my questions and concerns. I would recommend them highly. The warranty appears to be a good. They also finished off some door casing which I was happy to have done. Good job.

    Windows & Furnace replacement

    We bought a house and the windows were the old aluminum style. Also the furnace was 40 years old. We engaged House Smart as we saw one of their flyers and liked that we could get both products replaced by the same company. The team that came to measure & fit the windows were super-efficient and very friendly. They were done in one day. The furnace team helped us to reorganize our the room so that we could also add a stackable washer & dryer. I would definitely recommend House Smart.
