    Windows

    I found Glen very pleasant. Paul & Sunny were excellent. They worked as a team and were very quick, tidy and efficient. Enjoyed talking to them and have recommended House Smart to my neighbour. A neighbour walking by commented on how nice the windows looked. Would certainly do business with them again. Also Brandy in the office was so pleasant and helpful.

    Professional and friendly service

    Everyone involved was very friendly and provided prompt and professional service. The installation was quick, clean, and efficient. Office staff, installers and sales person were all really friendly, approachable and knowledgeable.

    Half our home

    We heard about House Smart from our neighbours, so we had their sales guy over. He went through his pitch and it was more expensive than we thought, so we had to think about it. When we called him back to go with half the project, it was like a brand new conversation- he forgot what we talked about previously. He did end up honouring everything we discussed previously. Then we had another guy come to take proper measurements, and eventually the installation crew. It took a while because we had a window custom-made for our kitchen. When the crew did the installation my husband was around and inspected their work. First, they forgot our custom window (which is the whole reason we had to wait so long in the first place). The boss ended up driving it out separately that same day so it could be installed. They also also forgot locks to the screen door and some other little things with the other window, which was apparently due to a junior worker on their team. Overall, I like our sliding glass door, but not a fan of their windows in general because of a weak safety on them. The custom window, however, is fantastic! It was much more expensive, but worth it. That's the way to go, if you have the money for it. I think we'll seriously save up in order to get all of our other ones custom too.

    Windows and sliding doors

    A very professional job done at our townhouse. Bryan our salesperson was the best. Courteous, professional and very knowledgeable in all questions asked of him. Install crew wonderful. Thanks to everyone. J&C Mihic

    New Windows

    It all started with a very detailed and informative sales presentation, explaining the product and work in a very clear manner. The day of install the crew showed up at the said time, were extremely quick and efficient without a detriment to the quality of work. They were all done in about 4-1/2 hours, cleaned up after themselves and took all the garbage away with them. I am extremely pleased with their service from start to finish. Thanks House Smart for my fantastic new windows !

    Windows for a renovation

    Great company, prompt responses to our questions and emails. Scheduled the install quickly, arrived to site on time, great quality products, and finished the project quickly we are very satisfied!

    Window Replacement

    From the free initial quote and walk through, to the installation, House Smart Home Improvements were professional with their work. Not once did I feel pressured into making a decision. They did a thorough job in presenting the options available to me, and did their work efficiently. The crew cleaned up after themselves and even along an extra sliding door that I was trying to get rid of.

    Windows and Patio Door

    We had House Smart Home Improvements replace all our windows and patio door with Atrium products. We are very happy with the product and with all the staff. Their sales representative Bryan White was very informative. Of the four companies we asked for quotations, Bryan was the only sales representative who spent time explaining various options and brought actual samples of the products. Installation went smoothly; the crew were friendly and did a great job cleaning up the debris. The administration staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend using this supplier.

    new windows and installation

    From first encounter until finished installation they were top shelf. I would recommend them to any and all that are looking for new windows and or installation. The salesman was great, informative and not pushy. The installation crew was very professional.

    New Window

    We had House Smart along with 2 other companies give us quotes on replacing all the windows in our home. House Smart, while not the cheapest had, in our opinion the best product. The installation was done absolutely without a hitch, the team cleaned up the debris, took away the old windows and frames and made sure we were happy with the work. We would gladly recommend House Smart. Thank you for a great job!!
