    BBQ Cleaning

    Booked a cleaning with Barbeque Pro. They arrived, picked up the unit and took it away. Delivered back in just under a week looking like brand new. There was an issue with one of the igniters when returned. They investigated the issue and sent a technician to fix the issue. Works perfect now. Excellent customer experience. Would highly recommend Barbeque Pro. Will definitely call them next year. Thanks guys. Good Job!

    Grill with a smile!

    After a lot of use, a bbq can have the gas vents clogged which leads to uneven cooking. A build up of fatty residue can lead to unwanted flaming when grilling. The professionals from Barbeque Pro Inc. arrived. They did a thorough job, even cleaning the baskets I use for grilling vegetables. The team was on time, worked tirelessly and the end result was what looked like a brand new barbeque!

    Weber BBQ good as new

    I had my old Weber cleaned and refurbished. It looked like a mess and was rusted and peeling but worked well so I didnt want to replace it. Excellent service and it looks as good as new.

    Cleaned our BBQ

    I've had my BBQ approx 10 years and I get them every 2 years to clean it. They are very friendly and do a great job. Have had both on site and off site cleaning. Happy with both. It's not just the cleaning that is so fantastic but they check all the parts and will make sure it's in good condition to operate.

    Barbeque Cleaning

    Taking the barbeque away and cleaning was excellent and the barbeque looks great. The subsequent repairs which were done in our back yard were excellent as well. The barbeque looks and runs like new.

    Service

    They showed up on time and dealt with a small complaint in a timely, fair way. I am glad to have a clean BBQ again

    BBQ cleaning and repair. Awesome job!

    Picked up my barbecue on time, cleaned and repaired it and then returned it within the week. Great job guys, it looks new again!

    Barbeque Cleaning

    Great service, professional and knowledgeable people. Cleaners arrived on time, were respectful and careful. Barbeque looks like new. Everyone should hire these guys.

    BBQ Cleaning

    Very good. Showed up on time. 1 1/2 hours later all done. BBQ was cleaned and no mess left behind.

    Weber 330 cleaned like new

    We hadn't had our BBQ professionally cleaned in 10 years. Don't judge; I didn't know there was a professional service available. We only cleaned it ourselves and it took 3-5 hours. I discovered BBQ Pro while doing some research on how to clean a BBQ thoroughly. They have fantastic service. James and Fernando picked it up to take away and in 7 days it was ready to come home. Unfortunately, they couldn't drop it off while we weren't home, as we are completely gated, so we arranged for another date and time and both James and Fernando arrived promptly, and even changed out our old wheels for new ones (we purchased new wheels but didn't have a chance to change them). They attached our propane tank, fired it up to make sure it was in working order and gave us a few tips on keeping it clean. Not only was the cleaning service great, the customer service was just as great. Thank you James and Fernando; you're both professional, efficient, friendly, approachable and committed to providing service above and beyond your call of duty.
