Hello Ivona, I am very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your cleanings lately. You have had the same cleaning crew for about a year and when you had mentioned about the areas that needed focus we had addressed these to the crew. They had tried their best to make sure that a great job was done, but you were still not happy which in that case we had scheduled your cleanings with a different crew (senior crew) and you still say that you are not happy with the cleanings. We honor our 24 hour guarantee for a redo each time - our feedback questionnaire is just another step taken by us to see how things are working out. We are always in the office Monday -Friday 8am - 5pm when you are free to call us or email anytime to discuss further. I do not think that it is fair not to pay for services that the crew worked hard cleaning and you had mentioned areas that were not major (crumbs, pine needles) I am sorry that you will not be using our services. It takes both sides to come to an agreement and to talk about how we can help. All the best
