I made an appointment for 7:30am with Strong Plumbing and Vanentin was at my doorstep at 7:25am. He was very polite and extremely professional. He was able to identify the problem using his camera that had created water seepage in the basement during a severe storm. He also provided the solution to the problem which we will certainly employ the services of Strong in the next few weeks to correct.

I have used Strong Plumbing for projects both big and small. This time it was just a worn out gasket. I text Valintine at Strong Plumbing and he got back to me right away. He came to the house and fixed it very quickly. He even noticed that the cocking on my tub was coming apart and walked me through how I could save some money and fix it myself. A couple years ago I had a major plumbing emergency right before Christmas. The old clay U trap located 9 feet under my porch collapsed. He was there with in the hour and had it fixed a day later. It was a major job and involved removing my front porch. He was so professional and got the job done quickly! I had a quote from another company that was almost DOUBLE what he charged. They were so careful pulling my porch adapt in sections I was actually able to salvage it and put it back together for minimal cost. Stong Plumbing is simply the best!

Water kept running in one of the tabs in the laundry room due to a loose tab/valve and I chose "Strong Plumbing Inc" due to the high ratings from previous customers and I'm happy to say the reviews were right. Valentin did an excellent job fixing my plumbing issue and gave me constant feedback on the situation. He replied quickly to my job request and scheduled me at the earliest convenience since we were worried it might turn into another leak again. We were also given a 1 year warranty which was a bonus for us. Great service and we will be using Valentin again!

Strong plumbing did a great job fixing my plumbing issues. Plumber Valentin arrived on time and provided great service unclogging my drain and guiding through the process. I will definetly recommend Strong Plumbing to everybody.

After the Canada Day weekend, Valentin replaced two laundry faucets, one of which was broken, while I was installing a new washing machine. ( It only cost $ 10 extra to change the old one that was still working) He did the work professionally and quickly. ( Cost $ 250) I only have Valentin doing my plumbing since he did such an excellent job installing a new water service in October, 2014. Prior to this work, I have always had low water pressure. Several years ago, the city upgraded the water service to 3/4 ". At the time, I offered to pay the city contractor to extend the 3/4" service from the city into my home. The contractor did not do it. When I complained to the city inspector, he came inside the house and saw the pipe, he said that I had 3/4" coming into the house. I still had low water pressure. I called in another plumber and he changed a few connectors. No change in water pressure. Waste of money. I called in Valentin after reading the Home Star reviews. He quickly saw what the problem was. The pipe was not a supply pipe which has to be flexible, but a rigid water pipe. He showed me the clearly visible markings on the pipe. Someone had just attached a 3/4 copper pipe to a probable lead pipe and cemented the floor so only the 3/4 inch pipe stuck up. I confirmed on the internet about the two types of pipes. He gave me an estimate to install the new water service. It was the least expensive of the estimates I got. His crew ran into a problem when they dug. The city side was 3/4 and my side appeared to be 3/4!!. The crew showed me the pipes and phoned Valentin to say that it appeared that I had 3/4 from the city part into the house. He told them it did not make sense and to keep digging and follow the pipe. They soon found that the 3/4 copper was indeed attached to an old lead pipe, which was almost blocked up. ( why someone would go to all this trouble, when they could have actually installed a correct pipe with a bit more work, baffles me) They finished the work quickly and cleanly. The lawn was patched and the cement in the basement was fixed. The water pressure is great. (Cost 2100) I cannot recommend Valentin strongly enough. He is clearly a plumber who thinks. I am convinced if it had not been for Valentin, I would still be spending money trying to solve the low water pressure problem.

Once again Valentin bails me out! (Not quite literally.) Bathroom drainage clogged up and I couldn't clear it - Valentin was there the following morning and had things fixed within a few minutes. Great service as ever.

My Toilet Was blocked, Mr. Rooter plumbing sent me Mr. Nicolas Galati . He was very professional, kind, and helpful. He did his job perfectly, left no mess. My only concern was the price. The company is a bit pricey.

Great fast frendly service, at a good price. We had been having issues with both our bathroom sinks for quite some time and the drano that used to work was no longer doing the trick. I called monday afternoon, and arranged a time for the very same day. I was called 30 mins before the technician arrived informing me of his eta. Was frendly professional, informative and had the issue removed by snaking the sink in no time. Altogether great service, would recommend in a heartbeat

Valentin and his team are professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Valentin proactively filed for the city permit, and ensured proper documentation required for the cities rebate program. Valentin and team kept me informed in what they were doing, and the state of my pipes. There was never any pressure to upsell.
