I saw several stellar reviews for Strong Plumbing so decided to Invite to Project since I wasn't in a rush and still Valentin got back to me very quickly. When he came by, I briefly showed him the many issues in our workplace and from his quote to shaking hands at the end wasn't more than a couple hours. Very friendly and courteous. Would totally call him again and recommend highly.

Diagnosed the problem and told me what I *didn't* have to replace, saving me half the cost of the job. Fixed the exterior tap that did need replacing quickly. He's very friendly, prompt, and *very* reasonably priced. Now I understand why he has 400+ amazing review. He's permanently added to my (sadly thin) list of servicemen I'd recommend unequivocally.

Valentin is professional, courteous, has great communication, and goes above and beyond. He replaced the faucet, explained everything in detail, and told me ways to make it last longer. He even took a look at another issue in our bathroom to give free advice and said we could call with questions. Hire Strong Plumbing Co!

I don't generally write reviews but feel compelled to recognize Valentin's exemplary professionalism and skill. As if that isn't enough, he really seems to be a kind and honest person. Needed to replace a kitchen faucet under tricky conditions (the existing faucet was installed in a tight space). Valentin came up with a workaround and also figured out why we'd had low hot water pressure for years - a problem two previous plumbers had not been able to solve. He also resolved our ever-running toilet issue speedily. He exceeded all my expectations for honesty and ability and his price was beyond reasonable. The reviews are accurate!

Just when planting season was upon us, finally, I discovered that the pipes outside had burst. I found Valentin through Homestars and was very happy to discover that the reviews were true. After my initial call, he got back to me promptly and arrived when he said he would. He was courteous and professional, but, most of all, his price was very reasonable. Thank you very much, Valentin. I just might have a garden this year.

I called Valentin on a Monday afternoon and the problem was fixed by Wednesday morning. Plus, he even arrived early! Valentin took the time to show me the problem and to show me how we was going to fix it. Which took him no more than 20 minutes. A very sweet man and very professional!

We needed to upgrade our water service from lead to 3/4" and decided to do it at the same time we were installing our cold cellar for efficiency. Valentin came as soon as I contacted him for an estimate and gave us a very fair price. He was flexible with the dates as we weren't able to confirm the service date until the day before. On the day the upgrade was completed, he and his crew went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and to ensure there was minor disruption to our already finished basement. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and reliable plumber.

Valentin is really courteous, clean, affordable and on time. I sent him an email and he answered me in 1 hour! Really happy with this work, He's honest and don't charge you for nothing. I asked him an estimate before because last time I was really surprised from an other company. I recommend him and I'll contact him again if we need more plumbing works.

We called Valentin with a leak in our kitchen after installing a new dishwasher. This problem was causing us a lot of stress because we could not find the source of the problem (nor could the dishwasher installer or another plumber we hired). Valentin called us back quickly and he even managed to fit us in the same day. When he arrived, he was very professional, friendly, and found out the source of the leak and how to resolve it quickly. He gave me a quote before performing the repair. Excellent work. We will definitely call Strong Plumbing/Valentin again and highly recommend him!
