Discovered a massive leaking pipe in the basement a midnight one night. Called Valentin and left a message right away. He returned my call right away at the crack of dawn and was over a couple hours later. The problem was compounded by the fact the broken pipe was in an unreachable position. Valentin managed to come up with a bypassing solution using pex tubing and it fixed the problem perfectly! Unfortunately it required some extra post-op drywall work on our part but that's better than a flooded basement! On top of everything else he's a great guy, very friendly and courteous. We had a great conversation on the beautiful game (soccer). It's the second time I've used Valentin and Strong Plumbing Co. and my first review. I recommend Strong Plumbing Co to all my friends.

I can highly recommend Valentin and Strong Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. After a long time of dealing with questionable plumbing in our new house’s basement bathroom, we called in Valentin. He responded promptly to our call and cleverly diagnosed the problems. Unlike others who suggested ripping up the floor, he was able to think out of the box thereby saving us perhaps thousands of dollars. And the bathroom now works like a charm. Valentin is reasonable, thoughtful and personable.

Valentin came the next day after I told him my problem: leaking faucet in the tub had a calcified handle so I couldn't remove it to replace the cartridge without fear of creating a larger more damaging problem. He had experience with this issue and knew all the tricks. He was efficient, very polite, explained everything very well and did a great job. What else do you need? I'll be calling him next time!

the blockage was at least 20 meters from an upper floor toilet. Valentin could not have been more efficient. His price was extremely fair. I will certainly hire him again for any plumbing job.

This is the 2nd time I have used Valentin. An old toilet needed replacing and as per our last experience, he was quick to respond and set up a date. Our bathroom floor was quite old but he made an extra effort to caulk around the base to prevent dirt from getting trapped underneath. Another great experience and we highly recommend him.

On time, excellent work, very reasonably priced and Valentin is just a super nice guy. Absolutely no reason to ever consider using anyone else. This is the second job we've had done by him and both have been equally good experiences. We have now recommended Valentin to a couple of other people and they have had excellent experiences as well. It's great having peace of mind of knowing one has a great plumber to use and to recommend.

Valentin will be the only plumber we will use. Excellent service, honest, on time and on budget. He also took the time to show us some money saving tips and tricks to keep our faucets working well. He installed two faucets, one vanity, and two toilets. He also fixed our kitchen faucet which was totally unexpected. There is something to be said for quality work that comes with a guarantee. Valentin is a true professional. I would highly recommend using him.
