Valentin was amazing! He came really early to accomodate my schedule. He was super helpful with recommendations. He did great work at a very reasonable rate. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Valentin arrived when scheduled. He was very professional and efficient he replaced the faucet in under an hour. I was very pleased with his work and would recommend Strong plumbing to others.

I called Strong Plumbing to come for an estimate to run new plumbing to a washing machine and new sink and cabinet. Valentin arrived within the hour from Toronto and after giving the exact cost (not an estimate) he said he could do the work right then and there. His price was very reasonable and the work was professionally completed in approximately 2 hours. I would definitely use Strong Plumbing again and would recommend him to friends and family.

Our toilet was constantly running and we noticed the bathroom drain appeared to be getting clogged. Valentin was able to come to our home within 24 hours of my initial call and gave us a free estimate. He was very courteous and respectful and explained the issues to us in terms that we understood. He tried to fix the existing trap in our sink but unfortunately it was too far gone, so he replaced it and the final cost was not far off from his estimate. He finished this work in about an hour and I was pleased that he took the garbage and waste from the job with him. We would definitely recommend Valentin to our friends and family!

So I called several plumbing services from the top listings at homestars. Valentin responded and showed up on time. He was very courteous and explained everything about the root of the problem. He provided a free estimate which was below everyone else I spoke to. An hour and a half later he called me and everything was fixed. He cleaned up the mess as well. I was very happy with Valentin's service.

I was able to descrive the problem over the phone to Valentin. Weird and really irritating sounds were coming from the plumbing pipes. The sounds were described as a foghorn, a vacuum cleaner running, and were so bothersome that people felt very stressed out by the sounds. The sounds were intermittent and varied in duration and intenstiy. Valentin was ablle to diagnose the likely problem over phone. Valentin came on time and quickly assessed the problem as a toilet tank having a slow leak inside the tank. The innards of the tank were replaced and the sound to the relief of all concerned has not re-occured. The cost was reasonable and along the way Valentin educated me on the plumbing in the home. The service was very much appreciated.

I've called Valentin for small plumbing jobs twice in the past and have been very pleased with his work. This time, we were replacing our 30 year old nearly collapsed sewer line from the house to the property line where it joins the city pipes. He set us up with Master Drains and Water Works, a company he works with on drain projects, and they all did an excellent job today. They worked 12 hours to get the whole job done in one day since the weather is taking a turn for the worse tomorrow, and did a great job putting the yard back together and cleaning up.

This is the third time we hire Valentin to do our plumbing work. We just re-done our bathroom and Valentine came and did the shower installation. As always he was professional and informative. He also fixed the sink that the contractors installed incorrectly .. he is a real expert! We will definitely hire him again for any plumbing work.

I have one of those gimmicky thermostatic mixing valve showers. It would either be overly hot or luke/cold, no in between. Got the replacement part from Riobel. Emailed Valentin and he booked me in 9am the next day. Came on time and muscled the mixing valve off to replace it. Showed me how the check stop and valve worked, as well mentioned that sentiment from the City supply eventually clogs these type of mixers. Overall, an easy experience.

Prompt service, very courteous and knowledgeable - a real expert! Not only did Valentin install the sink but also reviewed other plumbing issues in our unit for no additional cost. Thank you so much for your help!
