Valentin returned our request for a quote quickly , accommodated my schedule and arrived exactly when promised . He was direct ,provided a quote and when authorized conducted the work cleanly and well. In addition did a pipe extension to correct a misalignment without additional cost , because he believed that the work he did would function better with the extension . Cleaned up and when presenting the bill made suggestions re warranty issues and care. Price charged included new fixture. We will retain his card for future business

Leak discovered yesterday (Saturday), Valentin arrived Sunday at 8:30 a.m. and work completed. He is honest, reliable, knowledgeable, careful and professional. We have used his services before and have reccommended him to friends.

Valentin determined the problem quickly and solved it immediately. He was courteous and extremely helpful. I would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone and will definately use his services in the future.

Yesterday i had a cracked pipe underneath my kitchen sink and water started gushing out. I called Valentin and he came within 2 hrs which was amazing. He quoted me fast and fixed the issue with 30 mins. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to anyone else who needs plumping needs.

Strong Plumbing did a terrific job. Very professional, from the cotton booties (appreciated because it was a slushy day), to a clear estimate for the various tasks, (with options), to coming prepared with the parts required for the jobs. Job was efficiently completed, tested and ended with a thorough clean-up. I haven't hired a plumber for the last 5 years, but in my previous experience plumbers arrived, as if they were doing me a favour. This plumber knows what service means.

We needed a dishwasher installed & a leaky valve replaced under the kitchen sink. When I called Valentin he answered right away. I mentioned we had copper pipes & he said they are not used anymore, so he would replace the old pipe with new flexible stainless steel tubing. He then communicated with me via email & was available to come on the same day within just a few hours of my call. My husband was home to meet with Valentin, & said Valentin was very efficient, bringing all the necessary materials. He was very tidy as well, cleaning his workspace before leaving. He solved the small valve leak beautifully before it turned into a larger leak, & we are so happy with the dishwasher install. Valentin is so professional, reasonable & highly recommended. We will not hesitate to call him again for any of our plumbing needs!

This was Strong Plumbing's second job for us, and as before, it was done carefully, professionally, on budget and on time -- Valentin thoughtfully used the back door rather than the front, and put down plastic sheeting everywhere to ensure our floors remained clean. Further, Valentin went above and beyond by laying down some quick-drying concrete so that we could continue to use our laundry while waiting for another contractor to put down a cement floor. I've already recommended Strong Plumbing to friends, and will definitely call Valentin again for our next plumbing renovation job.

Valentin just saved the day. We had a major flood in our basement on Saturday, and after calling around and trying to get somebody to come and assess the situation, we got in touch with Valentin from Strong Plumbing. He was at our house in less than an hour, checked all the system and found the culprit. It seems that we have a large amount of tree roots in the outside trap, ours is an older house with clay pipes underground. Next day Valentin's crew came and start digging outside, took extra care to save a young sapling, and finish the job in same day. Job was handled very professionally by Valentin and the crew, they also did a free Video Camera Inspection and checked the rest of the pipe. Thanks God is still in a good shape. I would recommend Valentin in a heart beat to anyone having drain problems.

I hired Valentin from Strong Plumbing to install two bathrooms recently. I chose Valentin not only for his fair price among three contractors, but also for the detailed information given for each charge. In addition, he tried his best to adjust to my schedule and overall, did a very professional job.

I have used Strong Plumbing to replace my broken Sump Pump. Valentin came and gave me an estimate and I choose to install a better and stronger pump (water table in my neighbourhood is quite high). Thank you Valentin for a great service. Lucian
