These guys were great. In the heat wave they were super busy and made the time to fix my unit. I called them and the problems were fixed within 12 hours. Very knowledgeable too and highly recommended.

During our first heat wave of the summer (+40 degres) my 2 yr old A/C unit was not blowing cold air. I call the original installer which I was unable to reach (no surprise). I also called the dealer I purchased the unit from to which I was told "I guess you got a lemon". Frustrated & sweating, I found Richard! Not only was Richard able to repair what was an obvious faulty installation, he was able to save me over $2000 as I did not have to replace the unit! Richard answered all my questions in a way that helped me to understand something I know nothing about. I will be installing a humidifier this fall & with no doubt, Richard will be back! The coretemp team did a great job installing our new furnace in January. The furnace has been working great but we noticed that occasionally there was water on the floor around the condensate pump. We called Richard and he was over very prompty to investigate. He brought a new pump with him just in case it was required and had it switched out very quickly. I was happy to see that there was no hassle in handling the service request and I'm confident that coretemp will look after us long after the product installation.

I called this guy because another company stood me up to service my AC... this guy came and in like 1 hour after I called him and in no time he tested some things and filled my AC with refrigerant... he explained I might have a leak and explain the price for that job and told him I didnt have the money, so I suggested just topping off the refrigerant and he did that instead... I was very happy with the service and fast response... Since we have a heat advisory in effect thanks to this guy now I can sleep in peace and not dream I am going straight to hell with the heat! I have a 16 year old air conditioning system that I noticed wasn't draining properly. I took the cover off and found that the A-coil was badly corroded, although the outside unit seemed to be in reasonable condition. I was referred to Coretemp by a friend. Richard returned my call on the Saturday of a long weekend and provided me with advice. After considering the options I called him back and asked him to replace the A coil. An appointment was arranged for just a few days later. Richard came on time, and worked efficiently and neatly, respecting our home. He also provided full-value service, including fixing a longstanding problem with the drain from the A-coil, and cleaning and recharging the outside unit. I highly recommend Coretemp!

Richard and his crew installed a furnance for us in May 2011. From the quoting process to the final install we were fully satisfied with their service. They were professional, courteous and extremely informative and took the time to explain everything in a way we could fully understand. They returned all calls extremely promptly, arrived punctually for scheduled appointments and worked carefully and efficiently in our home. They went above and beyond the call of duty in many ways and I would highly recommend them.

Winter was just about to conclude, when suddenly our home seemed quite cool. After checking the vents, I found that only cold air was blowing out. I contacted my usual service Contractor, and was told that I would require a new furnace, as the heat exchanger was done. After speeking to one of their Sales Reps, I was taken back by the expense of replacing the furnace. We were desporate, and that is when a friend recommeded I contact CoreTemp. I was extremely impressed that my telephone call was responded to within 10 minutes. Richard was extremely informative over the telephone, and obviously know what he was talking about. I did not hestitate to want to meet him. He visited our home, examined the existing furnance, and recommended an appropriate model, at a reasonable cost. We proceeded with the installation through CoreTemp, and we are extremely happy. The work was done very cleanly, quickly, and professionally. Usually no one looks forward to spending the dollars on a new furnace, but when the job is done as well as this one was, it almost makes you forget the money spend, and allows you to appreciate your home even more. I would certainly recommend CoreTemp.

I needed to replace my old furnace. I interviewed numerous different heating contractors and learned something from each one of them. I was most impressed by Richard of CoreTemp. His product knowledge and honest approach is what sealed the deal. Richard and his staff were most accommodating with regard to the date of installation. They were on time, worked neatly, did a fantastic job cleaning up, answered any questions I had during the installation and made sure I understood the workings of my furnace before they left the premises. They were most concerned that I was completely satisfied with their work. I was blown away! I have never had service like this before from any contractor that I have dealt with. In April 2011 I had a small issue with the furnace. While it was not that cold outside I decided to call Coretemp for assistance as I have an elderly relative living with me. Upon leaving a message, Richard returned my call within 15 minutes and was able to advise me over the phone as to how to remedy the situation...it worked! The next day the office contacted me and said that Richard would be by to check the furnace even though it was fine. Richard showed up and checked the furnace over. He cleaned a sensor at no charge and all was perfect. Many heating contractors claim that they have great follow up service but I can honestly state that Coretemp is my contractor of choice. I am having Coretemp do my spring A/C check. I highly recommend Richard and Coretemp Heating.
