    New Furnace Installed

    Richard has been our go-to HVAC person for some years now, assisting us with keeping our 22 year old furnace going until we were ready to install a new one. When that time came, Richard was the only one we wanted to do that job because he is absolutely trustworthy, honest, fair, and always quickly answers any calls, questions. He is super knowledgeable and really cares about doing a great job for his customers and has provided the most helpful service we have ever had. He went above and beyond to make sure that our furnace install would be done perfectly. For example, he took the initiative to co-ordinate in advance with the person installing our hot water tank for certain things to be done so that it would be a seamless transition with the humidifier on the furnace. Eric, who helped Richard with the install is also great, so we would 100% recommend them to everyone.

    5 Star customer service!

    Coretemp is hands down the only heating and air company you should use! Richard and his team are the nicest, most professional, most ethical and honest, and highly skilled people you could ever meet. I have been using Coretemp ever since they installed my new furnace and AC unit 6 years ago, after noticing a flood in my furnace room. They promptly responded to my emergency back then and continue to be my only go-to people for all my furnace, AC, and tankless water heater needs. I contact Richard every year to perform my furnace maintenance service. This year I also got them to do a maintenance flush on my tankless water heater, which I had never done before. Through no fault of their own, the hot water valve broke during the service. It had calcified internally from lack of maintenance, and cracked when being turned off. Not only did Richard and Erik rush out to find the parts to fix it (they didn't want me to be without hot water for one second), Richard did not charge me for the parts or labor! And I was kept undated every step of the way. He always conducts business fairly and with integrity. He goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are happy. 5 star company with 5 star knowledge, skill and customer service!

    Fixed my Lennox

    On Friday night we noticed our furnace was not working. I reached out to a friend in the industry who recommended Richard at this company. Richard called me early the next morning and we did a FaceTime video to show him the problem. He immediately determined it was the motherboard that needed to be replaced and he was in there within the hour. Not only did he replace the motherboard but he inspected the overall installation job and gave me some pointers with the filter I was using. Would highly recommend!

    Furnace and ac maintenance

    Awesome company. Very nice to deal with. I spoke to Richard on the phone he is very informative and Eric came to do the maintenance on my furnace and ac. He was very Polite and very knowledgeable he explained everything to me and did a good job. I will definitely be using them again. Thank you

    Air Conditioner

    My AC shut down during one of the hottest nights this summer. I emailed Coretemp at 6:00 AM and Richard and Eric were at my door at 7:00 AM. They checked out my unit and said it could be repaired but the cost wasn't worth it because of its age. We agreed to purchase a new unit and although they had a couple of other calls to make they were back installing the new unit by 11:00 AM. I can't say enough about their workmanship and attention to detail. Richard called me the next morning to make sure that the unit was working to our satisfaction. How many other company's would do that? It just goes to show that they care about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Coretemp to anyone needing a furnace or AC Unit!

    Air conditioning not working

    My air conditioning had stopped working. Richard was amazing in diagnosing the issue and boom I had air conditioning again. I'm so thankful as eventhough the temperature was bearable today, the heat was scheduled to return tomorrow.

    Tankless water heater

    Third time I have had Coretemp and Richard for an install (furnace, air conditioning and now water heater). As always, he was responsive, fast, kind, helpful and did an excellent job. While he was here to do the water heater he did maintenance on my furnace and air-conditioning at no extra charge. He is absolutely lovely to deal with. I have not had any issues with the furnace or air conditioner, each for many years now. I cannot recommend Coretemp highly enough.

    Replacement of coolant and AC replacement

    Exeptional service from the Team at Coretemp! My AC stopped working during a heat wave and they came the same day to top up the coolant. As the existing unit was 15 years old it was time for a replacement. They booked an appointment within a week and were here early and got the new unit installed in less than 2 hours. Friendly and professional service and only recommend what you need, no upsell like other companies. Would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a new AC unit or in need of HVAC repairs of any kind. Thank you Coretemp!

    Air conditioner repair.

    Richard and Eric came to fix my air conditioner. They were on-time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed it fast. My house is so cold - I love it! Thanks guys.
