    Speedy and professional

    Richard sent Eric to us and he got our unit up and running in no time. When Reliance and Carrier wouldnt help without ridiculous costs Richard stepped in to help us out.

    Furnace and tankless water heater install

    I reached out to a few companies to investigate upgrading an aged mid-efficiency furnace to a high efficiency furnace and converting to a tankless water heater. I had used Richard and the Coretemp team to replace my A/C a few years ago, so they were the first ones I contacted. Richards responsiveness, candour, expertise, and honest advice made choosing him again a very easy decision. He explained each step of the process, gave some options and advice, and made the installation process very easy for us. I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Coretemp to others.

    AC Repair

    After reaching out to a few companies; I decided to go with Coretemp because of their genuine and upfront explanation of the process, service & costs. Also, I found them to be very responsive and accommodating to my urgent need to fix the AC. I have to say that they delivered superior CX(Customer Experience) and this is exactly what any service business needs to grow and attract customers. Both Richard(Owner) and Eric(Tech) are highly professional and wish they win many more Homestars awards as a testament to their exceptional service. They truly deserve it!

    Great service, honest and fair price, very responsive

    Fantastic, quality service from Richard and his team! Initially had Richard service our AC in 2021 and he was very responsive and came the same day. He will give you his honest, professional opinion and at the time said that due to age, wed probably need to replace the AC in about 2 years. He was absolutely right and when it crapped out this week, we didnt hesitate to contact Coretemp to install a new unit. Richard and his team got the work done in under 2hrs and he will take the time to go over how best to maintain the equipment. Thanks Coretemp for the great work, highly recommend this company for all your heating and air conditioning needs!

    Competent, dependable, reasonable price.

    it was time to replace an old furnace and A/C and having dealt with Coretemp in the past they were the obvious choice. Richard knows HVAC and it's amazing to see him work. Both he and Eric are a pleasure to deal with and they make the whole process easy. Knowledgeable, fast workers, punctual and also very nice and pleasant. Thank you Coretemp !

    Complete new HVAC system

    Old furnace failed mid-winter. Since it was nearing the end of its useful life, had already budgeted to replace both the furnace and AC later in the year. But a mid-winter failure meant that a decision had to be made several months earlier than had been originally planned. Did consider a heat pump to take advantage of government rebates but relied on Richard's experience and knowledge and thus opted for a new furnace and AC instead. Going this route, not sure if I missed out on any other available homeowner rebates/credits, but the new furnace performed well for the balance of the winter and the new larger AC has also performed well this summer. Richard and his team are professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Highly recommend.

    Furnace and Air Conditioner

    CoreTemp recently installed my new furnace and air conditioner, plus a wi-fi thermostat. I cannot speak highly enough about the company. Richard is extremely knowledgable and professional. He presented various options and I happily went with his recommendation. Richard and Eric did the installation quickly and efficiently, and I'm thrilled with the difference in warmth in my home. I look forward to starting up my new A/C unit when summer arrives! I will be using CoreTemp for annual maintenance and I know if any HVAC issues arise Richard will respond immediately. I highly recommend this company.

    New Tankless Water Heater Install

    When we have a furnace or water heater issue, Coretemp is the only company we need to call given next level customer service. I reached out to Richard New Years weekend after our water heater started leaking and giving error codes. Richard quickly responded to my initial phone inquiry and after some back and forth troubleshooting including photos of the old unit leaking it was deemed to not be worth repairing - faulty heat exchanger and beyond the 12 year heat exchanger warranty. Maybe I should have flushed it more frequently - which we will do on the new unit (just by a decent pump, connector hoses and a bucket and 4 jugs of white vinegar). By the end of the day he was able to prioritize an install for the first of the week. The start date was confirmed the day before and Eric and Tom arrived as scheduled. Even though it was the holiday season he made the arrangements for a priority install which we greatly appreciate. Thanks to Richard, someone you can trust to provide an honest opinion and assessment with competitive pricing and skillful, pleasant and courteous installers Eric and Tom for a great job putting in the Rinnai tankless unit. The install is clean and professional and works great. Our experience with Richard has been excellent going back about 13 years now and highly recommend Coretemp if you need a new furnace or tankless water heater at your house.

    Tankless water heater installation

    From start to finish, working with Richard, Eric and Janice at Coretemp was a pleasure. During the quote process, Eric took the time to explain in detail the product and installation procedure. The booking process with Janice was quick, easy and pleasant. Richard and Eric showed up exactly when they said they would and did a really professional job on the install. Their expertise, personalities and approach to business make me fully confident that I chose the right people to do this job.
