Our Victorian home had Asbestos insulation wrapping heating pipes in the basement. Found Accu-Star on Homestars and based on reviews decided to contact. Nev came out patiently and answered all our questions then gave us a specific detailed quote. We were very satisfied with the results. The guys did a superb job. On time, on budget and work performed exactly as promised. Plus, 100yrs+ of cob webs and dust was removed from the basement. If you need asbestos removal - Look no further than Accu-Star.

After finding mold in our cold room, we called in Nev who provided a very thorough inspection and honest assessment. His team went above and beyond in removing two layers of drywall that were infested with mold to cover up serious damage and leaks. He also brought in an engineer to explain the root cause. His team was meticulous and left no trace in our home when completed. Would recommend highly.

Found Accu-Star on Homestars. Spoke with Nev, who is very friendly! Was able to set up an in-home consultation and received a quote within a couple days. Price was reasonable! Set up a date for the work to be done within the week at a time convenient for us. Job was done with no disruption to us. What more can you ask for?

We began to notice some mould in the corner of a closet on the second floor of our home. After reading the positive reviews on Accu-Star we decided to contact them to determine whether or not it was in fact mould. Nev came to our home the next day to provide a free inspection of the area. He also checked the rest of our home for various other concerns that we had. (he did some cool tricks with his devices for our kids too). Unfortunately we did have mould and had to have it removed. Nev was ready to send his team the next day to fix the issue. However, since we were unavailable we scheduled an appointment for the following week. Nev's team showed up on time was very professional,courteous and cleaned the area thoroughly and ensured that they contained the area. They worked quickly and explained to us what they had done. I was very impressed by the service we received and would recommend Accu-Star for any type of services they offer.

I discovered mold in 1 of the bedrooms from a roof leak. Called Nev and came out to inspect within a few days and recommended what needed to be done. The team came within a couple of days to get rid of the mold. Very knowledgable team and mold was cleaned within the day. Highly recommend . Very satisfied with the work done.

Accu-Star was very professional and informative, providing a detailed report, summary and plan of action for the mold removal and any follow-up work that was necessary after the removal was complete. All employees we came in contact with were knowledgeable and very helpful. They went above and beyond what was required of them. We are extremely appreciative and satisfied customers!

I dealt with Nev at Accu-Star to address a mold problem in our basement. He was able to investigate the situation, send a team, and within the week our mold problem was solved. This is by far one of the best companies I have ever had to deal with. The customer service was outstanding!!!!! When I thought that a home renovation may have turned into a nightmare with the possibility that I may have disturbed some asbestos, Nev came right away and did some testing. The were honest and didn't do anything more than needed to be done (not like some other companies I had called). Thank God, the results were negative, but I would definitely have them back if ever any concerns in the future. It's nice to know that there are still companies out there that are all about customer service and not just making a buck. Everyone was amazing, including the receptionist!! Thanks for everything!!!
