Nev was hired to perform a mold inspection of our home. As well, we requested a thermal scan of the entire house to determine the location of our heating ducts, the location of possible water leaks and the possible locations where wall insulation was missing. From start to finish of this job, Nev was completely professional. He took the time to explain every step to us - how the work was going to be done and the upfront cost. We spent a good 1/2 day with Nev as he completed his work. In the process, we learned all kinds of interesting things about our house. We highly valued his services and would highly recommend him to anyone needing these types of services.

Andre When buying an older home there are a lot of concerns and uncertainty. Nev was a great resource in helping me to make a sounds decision. I was able to walk the home as he inspected it from top to bottom for lack of insulation, possible leaks, mold and any major issues. It was a great learning experience and gave me not only confidence but a solid understanding about my new home. Nev uses the newest technology and enable a buyer to "see through walls", this impeccable ability allows for buyers and sellers to complete a fair real estate transaction. I called Accu-star on short notice to locate the in-floor pex tubing that provides the heating for our shop. We were in the process of having a hoist installed and the contractor had already drilled through one line. I spoke to Nev late in the afternoon and he was here 1st AM the next day to do the locate, allowing us to call a concrete contractor to repair the leak and have our hoist installed with minimal delay. Prompt service and an accurate locate made a bad situation much easier to resolve. Thanks

Basically we had a pipe rapture which led to low pressure in out faucets. After shutting off the main valve, we called Accu-Star who responded immediatelly which was amazing since it was on a sunday evening and whithin no time we could turn our water back on. He gave us new ideas on our home improvement project as well as recommend the right contractors for the jobs. Nev was very helpful and knew what he was doing.

My Mother started to have breathing problems and the doctors did not know why. We asked Accu-Star to do Mold testing and they found high levels of mold growing behind a shower wall which matched what was happening in my mothers lungs. Thank you Accu-star for all your help

Nevo used his equipment to check out every room in our house to sense heat loss or water damage. The digital images were outstanding and we wished we had used his services long ago because we finally found out our major area of heat loss due to his expertise.
